The position was good. Only 4min walk to the beach. The pool area was nice and the pool didn’t open to 10am so none of that stupid rush to save sunbeds as they are not put out till 9.30am. Nice pool bar. Reasonable prices. Rooms were spacious and clean. Lovely shower and good air conditioning. I left my purse under a bedroom cabinet and forgot. The following day the hotel phoned me to tell me that the cleaner had found it and handed it in. Such honesty. Very grateful.

Our original room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The hotel did change our room and we got a complimentary bottle of fizz and some snacks. That was fair we thought. Not all rooms with advertised pool view had a clear view of the pool. Need to be in a floor higher up than that. We did mention this to the hotel.

The buffet was excellent, the food choices were varied and nice and hot. The restaurant staff were very particular keeping all dishes well topped up. There was a chef on the food station preparing freshly cooked meats, eggs etc. The waitresses were also very efficient. For a hotel in this price range I would give the restaurant 10 out of 10. The room was nicely appointed with a good sized balcony. The outside pool was heated. The underground parking was good and not as expensive as some private parking.

There was nothing I didn’t like but I would suggest booking a pool view room as they are south facing and overlook the garden. The back of the hotel faces North and overlooks the road which might be noisy at night. It was quiet on our side.

Great hotel! The staff were brilliant! The location is central but not too close to the noise of the strip. cleaners were lovely and came by every day. The hotel is spotlessly clean. the pool was heated as it was a little cold. the spa area is lovely and inexpensive. The food was nice and they have a fresh food cooking station for tea time. breakfast was fine. lots of fruit and cater for non dairy/gluten, which was great.

The food was nice but a lot of it is cooked in a lot of oil. That's a personal health thing to myself, though. I just don't like too much oil on my food. my partner found there to be a lack of vegetarian options as the fish wasn't deboned and put her off. she ended up eating a lot of the same thing. We are fussy eaters, though! Would probably be fine for other people. no kettle, but there is a coffee maker, so we boiled water in there.

The hotel had a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. There was a free (at the time we stayed) car park just behind the hotel which made life very easy for us as we had a rental car. There was a great choice of food at meal times and the food was hot. The hotel was very clean and had a lovely green area behind the pool which made a pleasing backdrop. The rooms were a good size and very quiet considering we were in Benidorm. We shut the doors at night and didn’t hear a thing. We were on floor eight though, so I can’t say if it was any different on lower floors. The beds were a lovely good quality and made for a good nights sleep. The staff were polite and helpful at all times and we have no complaints about this hotel at all.

Have been to the hotel twice,once last year and this last week. Food was fabulous, our room was beautiful and clean. Super swimming pool. Food was brilliant with a big choice daily. Staff were very attentive and very polite.

Could not better it.

Lovely hotel ,very clean ,comfy massive double bed.Could not hear a noise during the night. We had room 429 on the back of the building ,it was great for people watching during the day and so quiet and peaceful at night.Even booked an extra night while there. Didnt use the facilities such as the spa and pool but the pool are was so nice and the cocktails from pool bar were great.We visited L'abir from the hotel it cost us €15 in a taxi.Will absolutely stay here again when staying in benidorm.Right near the strip but so quiet and no madness ,Straight down to the beach with loads of shops restaurants and bars.

There's was nothing we disliked

Had a fabulous 4 night stay here from the minute you walk in you are greeted by wonderful reception staff all very friendly and helpful the room was lovely super comfortable bed and pillows lovely large walk in shower a safe which you actually did not have to pay for which is a first! The pool area is lovely and relaxing plenty of beds the lifeguard is chatty and helpful the snack bar food is really good and reasonable and they don’t rip you off for the drinks which are pretty much the same everywhere Breakfast is amazing so much choice lovely clean and fresh and again all the staff are lovely and the position of the hotel is fantastic the market is 2 mins walk behind the hotel and the main strip is literally 5 mins away but you would never know it as it’s lovely and quiet around the hotel the beach is a 10 mins walk straight down the rd we can’t wait to go back next year and will definitely be staying here as it’s a no brainer! Couldn’t fault anything

The hotel is located close to the Levante beach and the main walkway leading to the old town. It’s in a pretty peaceful location for a very lively city. We stayed in a twin bedroom which was spacious, cleaned daily, comfortable, had great AC, and had a large balcony with a good view of the city. The food is really good, and there’s something for everyone in the buffet. Full English breakfast, fruit and vegetable assortment, sweet pastries, a on demand grill for breakfast, and various dishes from different cuisines for dinner. The dinner desserts were especially good. The time window for the breakfast and dinner is super long which is a huge plus. We can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone is super kind, helpful, and friendly. They made our stay really comfortable and we never needed to worry about a thing. The pool area and the bar are super chill, and even though sometimes a bit crowded, it was relaxing and peaceful. Overall, we had an overwhelmingly positive experience, and we are sure to be back.

The pool is pretty small and not really suitable for swimming. The water would also get and stay pretty warm throughout the second half of the day.

The pool is really lovely. The staff is really pleasant and helpful, especially the front desk. Rooms are spacious as well as the balcony overlooking the pool. Location is excellent - 20 min walk from the old town but in a very lively neighbourhood. 10 min walk from the beach. The breakfast is very good - there is a lot to choose from and the ingredients are all very fresh. They offer pool towels which is really convenient. Since our flight was really late, they encouraged us to spend the entire day at the pool while our luggage was safely storaged and they generally provide a room for you for half an hour to shower and change at the end of your stay (we were late to book the room but I think it is a lovely gesture worth mentioning and something not many hotels do).

The glasses were not changed daily so we had to ask for new ones from the front desk. Our toilet clogged twice ( it was fixed speedily but it was an inconvenience). AC does not work unless the balcony door is closed, which can be annoying when one wants to get a bit of fresh air. SPA facility is ok, but the time frame of 45 min per slot is too strictly adhered to.
