I loved the magnificent view from my room, the location was brilliant and the staff so friendly and helpful, especially upon arrival when we had a little issue that was solved inmediately

Stay was too short

due to flight delay we missed evening meal the hotel laid on a light meat with salad our meal including bread and fruit after which we went to our room via one of 5 lifts that were available, we visited the lounge bar just intime for last orders (2-60euro a pint)very nice. next day up, shower, nice fluffy towels. then down to breakfast wow plenty of choice well cooked plenty of toasters cold and hot drinks stations staff to clear tables (look out for the Eric Cantona look alike! the Hotel has a few bars to choose from all furnished with qaulity decor and furnishings, check out on there site whats available,,,something for everyone.

Room was ok and breakfast decent

Only 4 lifts, very slow and very lucky if you even got one even after waiting 20+ minutes, no good having to walk up 10 floors every time we needed to go back to the room

Booked this for me and my mum and we both really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and very helpful from Reception to the Restaurant. Had a miscommunication with the one of the beds when we checked in but this was sorted quickly by the staff. Rooms were cleaned and beds were made every day. The food was decent with a great selection and we always manged to find something we each enjoyed. Also to add the all inclusive drink system was easy to navigate and not complicated at all as other claim. Also the location is a stones throw from the beach and shops. The only feedback for the Rosamar would be this - as the rules say everywhere around the hotel you're not allowed to reserve sunbeds. The issue is if you're going to have rules you need to enforce them. It's not fair that people were placing towels on sunbeds at 8am and then not using them until 2pm in the afternoon. Apart from that we really enjoyed it. Overall would happily stay here again 👍

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location. The staff were all wonderful, very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to please. The food was brilliant, and the restaurant very well organised, never saw an empty dish and hardly any waiting, they were constantly replenishing the food and cleaning around so it was always nice. Very fast turnaround of tables too so never struggled to find a clean one.

The rooms didn’t have a mirror apart from the one in the bathroom so when two of you are getting ready it’s very difficult. Also no storage in the room, not a single drawer, just bedside tables, one table and one shelf at the top of the wardrobe. Very impractical for a hotel room. The pool area was a bit loud too with quite loud music playing

Everything was great- rooms were spotless, pools were great, lots of sunbeds, all inclusive was great for drinks and snack bar. Good air con in rooms, we stayed in a family room - good space, fridge, microwave and sink useful. Good variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good location, 5 mins walk to the beach. Slides great for the kids- pools are bigger than they look in the pictures.

The soft play and arcade area was only open from 6pm, would have been good to be open during th day as a break from the sun for the kids.

Easy check in. Room was very spacious with really comfy beds, kettle, fridge and the shower was fabulous. Food in restaurant was great - we were half board and had no complaints. Great views of Beni.

Lifts can take forever to get to your floor. Having to pay extra for towels on last day for a shower in the spa area. There is little privacy and no complimentary shower gel or products which I'd expect from a 4* hotel. The pool area is excessively crowded but this may be different when the slide area opens.

The room was fabulous, hotel really clean. The pool was amazing and the staff friendly. In a great location in Benidorm and everything within walking distance.

I had seen a few reviews about the food making people ill before we got here. We were breakfast and dinner and had dinner the first night and it was good but then someone said they weren’t well so we were a bit put off again. We had breakfast everyday though and was fine, maybe just need to tackle these reviews to ensure no one is ill.

I did not eat in the Hotel at any time as I was there to meet family and close friends so we ate out throughout our stay The room dnthe services were excellent, accept the cartons of milk were off so we bought a bottle from local shop

Waiting for the lifts was nightmare to be honest although many lifts were there they were to long arrivi9ng and when they did the capacity was always to full
