Couldn’t really find any faults. Staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. Breakfast was nice and there were plenty of sunbeds at the pool area to accommodate all guests. We were staying on the 2nd floor which I was thankful for as the hotel has 7 floors, we were able to use the stairs everyday but other people on higher floors had a lengthy wait and queue to use the lifts. The hotel is right on the strip, as soon as you step out there is a range of bars and food places. Noise wasn’t a problem at night, the balcony door was very sound proof and blocked out any noise as soon as it was shut. Would stay again and recommend this hotel for any adults of any age looking for a hotel on a budget.

Location was great, the staff were all very nice, friendly and efficient. Evening entertainment was fine, quizzes, singers. Guest areas were clean and comfortable.

The room was incredibly cold. We had an accessible room as my mum is in a wheelchair. It was a room that was previously 2 separate rooms and had been knocked into one, so was very large. However, the heating system was the same as my friends single occupancy room. The bathroom was like an icebox, and our used towels didnt dry. Every time we used the shower the water leaked out on to the floor in front of the bathroom door and it was like paddling.

The food quality, service and choice was perfect for us, freshly cooked in front of you items at every meal. Staff were attentive, professional and friendly. Room was perfect for us on a low floor, clean, with a balcony and the hotel was very close to all the bars. Entertainment (singer) seemed to be on each night in the bar. Pool and outside area was very clean too (always saw somebody mopping or cleaning). Well done Riudor. Noise isn't an issue with the doors closed.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Couldn't fault this hotel. I've been coming to Benidorm a few years. I'm trying to find a good go-to hotel. Think this could be it. Perfect location 👌.... food was ok. But I'm very fussy about food. I was all-inclusive, so I had lots of options. All staff were lovely. The beds were very comfy. Pillows were soft. Will be back. Mags from Galway

Lovely hotel. Nice and clean and bright. Check in nice and easy. Room lovely, Dove products in the bathroom so they was a nice treat.. chose it because of the location. Right next to Morgan Tavern/ Neptune's and The Western Saloon so it took us minutes to get back..... our Room was at the side so not too noise from the bars. Breakfast was spot on.. can't complain for 45 quid a night b&b

The hotel was really clean and tidy and such a nice place to stay. The staff were exceptional. My dad had medical emergency and one of the reception staff helped us to order a new blood sugar testing machine to the hotel as we didn’t understand the Spanish lady on the phone. For this I can not thank you enough !! Would definately stay here again !!

Central to all amenities maid service daily 2nd stay here and very comfortable stay will stay again 5 night stay with friends had English tv for those nights we needed a rest from Benidorm madness hotel was amazing letting us checkin as we arrived and rooms given at 12 instead of 3 thank you bar prices reasonable

We have stayed here before, The food is always good, the staff are pleasant, Located in the lively part of town, though just a few minutes walk to the beach and promenade areas. we go all inclusive, but people we have spoken to say that the drinks prices are reasonable.

My only complaint is the entertainment sometimes is not too good,

Loved my stay with you food was lovely beautiful smell throughout the hotel staff were amazing.

People putting towels on beds by the pool and not returning for hours I think staff should monitor the situation and remove the towels if no return within a hour that was my only negative point.

No facility for mobility scooter parking. A company called Amiga 24 has monopoly on site. If you have your own you cannot park. Very discriminating.
