just returned from a weekend away with friends and was slightly concerned with the bad reviews we read from prievious customers but i must say we had no problems at all upon check in we were upgraded for free to all inclusive from just bed and breakfast which was a great start and much appreciated , the rooms were lovely very spacious very clean and smelt fresh , the pool area may be a little small but big enough for us to soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip when needed , the food was nice with plenty of choice , on the whole i thought it was a nice place to stay and pretty good for a hotel in benidorm very happy and fun weekend

Ideal place to stay, central to everything. Short walk to lavantte Beach and all shops and restaurants. Hotel does all inclusive or half board. Food was as good as it gets for all inclusive. Hotel spotless and staff very friendly. Would stay here again. Great entertainment was on Christmas day thoroughly enjoyed or stay.

Meals where exceptional something for everybody.Location to the beach and central location was very good.The staff where all very friendly especially with our grandchild.Would definitely book again if in Benidorm thank you.

The public toilets could be cleaned a little more through the day.

Kettle in room but no cups. Lack of toiletries. Towels very skimpy.

Great location, food was okay but nothing more than that. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and the stay was over all good.

Gym was very old and not good.

Stayed for 3 nights over Christmas, did a very nice English lunch. Very large room ( superior room) Good view , large balcony Lifts very good no waiting Comfortable bed Large nice bathroom Large selection of food which was very nice, nice and hot Staff very helpful and attentive

Piano room and bar very old fashion and needs updating compared to the rest of the hotel Piano room chairs hard brown wood , uncomfortable Entertainment at night very average , we went out Key for room changed 3 times still would not work, so we only had one key that worked

Stayed here many times and again no issues & Staff were excellent

Lifts were very slow and sometimes you would be waiting up to 5 minutes for it to arrive at your floor

Very pleasant helpful staff .

Some front desk staff had no time for the English people very abrupt to English. Lovely to the Spanish
