Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Comfy bed and large terrace. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional.

However, a smell of cannabis being smoked on the next terrace was horrible and on the second night a screaming woman and man arguing at 3am in the next room, woke us up . Again once we called reception a member of staff came up to our floor and dealt with the noise.issue. To be fair none of this was the hotels fault but it was very annoying.

The all inclusive was really good. The extra facilities and the use of the private lift to go to dinner and the separate part of the dining room with the little bit of extras was good.

That the staff didn’t explain all of the extras involved with the all inclusive. We had to hear it from other people in passing by chance otherwise we would have missed out.

Was great staff and the best access to the facilities We had to check out in the morning but our flight was very late in the evening they told us we can leave the luggage’s in the luggage room have a shower room and we can also stay at the hotel and use all the facilities until we leave this is a very nice and good thing for people with our situation , stag is always nice love to have a talk with everyone and joke around only positive vibes 🤩😁 great views ,not to far from Benidorm old town and beach very great location of hotel. Very good hygiene aswell I’ve seen them clean pool and even the patios there every morning before pool opens also seen lots of kids which is great hotel for family’s , į would go Back next as it’s comfortable area 😌recommend 🤗👍🏻

Food was good. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. Good location close to the beach front (10 mins walk). The children enjoyed the jungle animals placed about the hotel! Fun stay and we were lucky to get some sun in January! On checking out on our final day, our flight wasn't until 9 pm, but the staff allowed us to use one of the rooms to shower at the end of the day to freshen up before our flight. Very helpful friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant

Indoor pool is a bit small. Life guard wasn't allowing the children to jump in (even though sometimes we were the only ones in the pool). You have to pay 5euro if you want to use the sauna.

Clean, lots going on! We had a blackout whilst at the hotel and they were quick to get the generators working! Buffet is really good with loads of choice! Family friendly with a nice pool! Good location.

Very strong Sewage smell in the bathrooms but this is something that a lot of Benidorm has.

Room very spacious bathroom large with. Great shower and double sinks. Food very good staff friendly and helpful location was fine 15 mins walk to beach but bars and shops within easy reach .no noise at night .

Location was great for us - bars and restaurants across the road, close enough to the beach and strip but further up so it was peaceful. Room was great, very clean always and plenty of space. Breakfast was lovely. Entertainment was absolutely fabulous, my partner was always involved - brilliant for all ages.

The food was a little basic however, exactly what we expected in all-inclusive. Decent amount of choice, definitely good for children. Pool area was very very busy (however we stayed in school holidays so expected). Sun beds were hard to get on some days.

Great sized hotel, lovely staff, lovely food, great drink, very clean, great location. Made a request to be near some friends that were also staying and was brilliant to find they were located right next door. The pool was huge! Would definitely stay here again.

The lifts took a little longer than you'd like, but didn't ruin anything. Would have liked more tables and chairs around the pool area especially to enjoy for the glorious afternoon sun instead of a sun lounger.

Spotlessly clean! Food was varied each day and my favourites were the sliced potatoes, steak and Sunday dinner was lovely! Plenty of sun loungers available. Highlights of the stay was javier on reception- so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for him! Went above and beyond more than once.

Snack bar food was quite often cold.

The accommodation was great, and the food was varied and god👍🏻

However, the heated pool was too small and not warm enough in cold weather – the children got cold after 30 minutes. We also missed having water in the room, especially after a late arrival with children. Snacks could have been replaced with water.
