The room and pool area were comfortable and there wasn't any fighting for sunbeds. It was clean and in a great location for shops and bars but it was still in a quieter part of town which we preferred. The staff were friendly and accommodated our requests quickly. The entertainment team were so full of energy and included anyone who wanted to join the activities, in Spanish and English.

There wasn't a huge choice of food options but everything tasted lovely. The bar drinks prices were a little expensive for this town. We couldn't get a later check out on our last day but there were facilities for luggage storage and a shower room which we didn't use.

The property was in a good location with pubs and restuaraunts right outside, it was also close to the main area with a 5-10 minute walk. The room was very clean and the hotel bar area was very nice and also clean. The staff very helpful, also served you with a smile and were polite. We never used the hotel resturaunt so cant comment on that, and also we didnt use the pool area as the weather wasnt too great during our stay. Pool area did look nice though. Overall didnt have any complaints during our 5 day stay and would definately stay at the hotel again if i was coming back.

Nothing I didnt like about the hotel. There was a few things like the resturaunt and the pool area we didnt use, so cant comment on them, but they did look nice, everything we did use was very good

The room was large and very clean. It has a 'new' feel to it. There was lots of space and having a balcony was a bonus. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was lovely.

Although there was a kettle and you are provided with tea/coffee on arrival. If you want additional tea/coffee you had to pay €3.75, which is odd as you can get tea bags from the restaurant when having breakfast. Although the shower was lovely, the adjustable shower head was fitted very low and therefore caused splashing in the bathroom when using it. You had to take it off to use it properly

Lovely spacious room with large TV with plenty of English channels, WiFi, good size fridge, kettle, mugs and a nice size balcony. Good shower and very comfortable beds with heating/aircon. The breakfast was amazing, such a fantastic choice of food, all good quality and hot. Restaurant staff worked incredibly hard, tidying and replenishing the food. Hotel is in a good location and quite quiet in November, near to a cheap supermarket, restaurants, bars and the market. 20 minute walk to the Levante beach front. The hotel evening entertainment was good and bar prices acceptable if you didn't want to venture out.

Pool area was in the shade of the surrounding buildings quite a lot of the day but maybe that was just the time of year.

Breakfast was excellent, the best we have had in any hotel we have stayed at overseas. Lots of English choices as well as continental, fruit, cereal, pastries etc. Our room was quite spacious and clean with comfy beds, pool was good with plenty of sun beds

The air con only goes down to 17 degrees, this was just about OK for sleeping although I would have preferred a couple of degrees cooler. A minor issue really

Asking you via EMail to book in and pay on line on the understanding that you just pick up the key to your room at reception on arrival only to be told you have to do it all again . Very misleading and annoying. You need to be honest in your EMail asking people to book in on line . I did not get an adequate reply when I raised this matter just an apology for inconvenience caused. Not good.

Everything really. Enjoyed the stay. Good food nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Loved the junior suite.

If there was a concern it has to be the lifts. They do not cater for the amount of guests. One morning we waited 25 minutes and as we were on the ninth floor it was too much on foot.

It was very clean spotless. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was 9 out of 10.

There is nothing that you can say about the hotel what was wrong? We had Sun all day around the pool. The electric went off, but that’s not the hotels fault and we still add backup generators and other hotels did not

There was only 2 small milks in room for tea or coffee, and I was charged 1.50 euro for extra milk in bar. Bar person was not very nice about it, I travel a lot for business, leisure, etc and have never before been charged for extra milk which should have been in the room. Very bad behaviour by bar staff member but over all we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Patrick O’Reilly. Room 708.

The breakfast here was the best I have had in a long time, there is something there for everyone! The family entertainment at night was really good . The pools were large and the kids one is great! It’s a quiet location in Benidorm but within 10 minutes walk of the strip and Levante beach. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the door step. Everyone really enjoyed the stay. Roberto on reception was so welcoming and friendly and I really enjoyed his humour, he really suits well to this family orientated hotel .

Staff can be rude regarding payments for food/drinks. My father had bought some cans of beer from the bar and because it was so hot and the ice melted he returned to the bar shortly afterwards to ask for more ice and he felt accused of bringing his own drink in, he was followed and watched by a staff member to check if he was taking drinks from a supermarket in. On another evening we decided to have dinner in the restaurant and the lady at arrival repeatedly shouted that we hadn’t paid despite us telling her we want to pay. It was embarrassing and unnecessary, we were standing in the que where she had sent us to pay. We heard from other gusts that they also had experiences like this with staff and found it unpleasant too. The lift is terrible
