The property was in a good location with pubs and restuaraunts right outside, it was also close to the main area with a 5-10 minute walk. The room was very clean and the hotel bar area was very nice and also clean. The staff very helpful, also served you with a smile and were polite. We never used the hotel resturaunt so cant comment on that, and also we didnt use the pool area as the weather wasnt too great during our stay. Pool area did look nice though. Overall didnt have any complaints during our 5 day stay and would definately stay at the hotel again if i was coming back.

Nothing I didnt like about the hotel. There was a few things like the resturaunt and the pool area we didnt use, so cant comment on them, but they did look nice, everything we did use was very good

The room was large and very clean. It has a 'new' feel to it. There was lots of space and having a balcony was a bonus. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was lovely.

Although there was a kettle and you are provided with tea/coffee on arrival. If you want additional tea/coffee you had to pay €3.75, which is odd as you can get tea bags from the restaurant when having breakfast. Although the shower was lovely, the adjustable shower head was fitted very low and therefore caused splashing in the bathroom when using it. You had to take it off to use it properly

Lovely spacious room with large TV with plenty of English channels, WiFi, good size fridge, kettle, mugs and a nice size balcony. Good shower and very comfortable beds with heating/aircon. The breakfast was amazing, such a fantastic choice of food, all good quality and hot. Restaurant staff worked incredibly hard, tidying and replenishing the food. Hotel is in a good location and quite quiet in November, near to a cheap supermarket, restaurants, bars and the market. 20 minute walk to the Levante beach front. The hotel evening entertainment was good and bar prices acceptable if you didn't want to venture out.

Pool area was in the shade of the surrounding buildings quite a lot of the day but maybe that was just the time of year.

The breakfast here was the best I have had in a long time, there is something there for everyone! The family entertainment at night was really good . The pools were large and the kids one is great! It’s a quiet location in Benidorm but within 10 minutes walk of the strip and Levante beach. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the door step. Everyone really enjoyed the stay. Roberto on reception was so welcoming and friendly and I really enjoyed his humour, he really suits well to this family orientated hotel .

Staff can be rude regarding payments for food/drinks. My father had bought some cans of beer from the bar and because it was so hot and the ice melted he returned to the bar shortly afterwards to ask for more ice and he felt accused of bringing his own drink in, he was followed and watched by a staff member to check if he was taking drinks from a supermarket in. On another evening we decided to have dinner in the restaurant and the lady at arrival repeatedly shouted that we hadn’t paid despite us telling her we want to pay. It was embarrassing and unnecessary, we were standing in the que where she had sent us to pay. We heard from other gusts that they also had experiences like this with staff and found it unpleasant too. The lift is terrible

The food was lovely, as were the rooms. Very clean and good value for money.

We booked this 10 months ago, following our last visit and asked for rooms overlooking the pool like we had last time and we were given two rooms at the back overlooking another hotel. This was very disappointing and had to have an argument with the reception to get this changed. We were given 2 pods of milk in the room on arrival, but these were not replenished so we were unable to have tea or coffee in the room if we wanted milk. The ashtray on the balcony was not emptied for five days which was a little disappointing.

This hotel was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff friendly and hardworking. Looked forward to meal times as food was really good. Entertainment was also good every night..couldn't fault it. Location was a short walk from the beach. Quite a busy area with shops, restaurants etc. but not the busiest area.

Nice hotel. The food is very good. Like breakfast and dinner. Dinner varies everyday which is good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my laptop in the room. Even before arriving home, they already had an email to contact to send me back. I received the laptop in excellent condition. I am very grateful to the hotel and all its staff.

The room was an acceptable size, but not very big for a couple and a small child. The fridge is very weak and it doesn't get cold. If we leave the room and remove the cards, it turns off. In the vicinity there are few parking spaces. To park for free you have to walk a bit.

To start the receptionist was very helpful and spoke very good English the hotel was very clean, the facilities in the room was great kettle coffee tea etc mini fridge which we used to store our water beds very comfortable plenty of wardrobe space. Breakfast was excellent had everything full English fruit, bread, continental breakfast, cakes, biscuits, fruit juice couldn’t fault the hotel 😊

Room was very comfortable, very quiet and very clean. Generally the quality of food was excellent. Very professional and attentive staff.

My only slight issue was the quality of the English sausages and the weak coffee in the restaurant. For everything else, including variety and quality of food, attentiveness of staff was excellent.

It was clean and modern. And also not too far from the shops and bars.

There wasn’t really anything that I didn’t like. The only slight issue we had during our stay was I asked for replacement milk and coffee for two of our rooms, as it wasn’t replenished. I was told it would be sent up but it didn’t arrive, even through we were there for another 2 days. And when the room was cleaned it still wasn’t replenished.
