Everything about this place was perfect. It was spotlessly clean, The staff were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The rooms were just the right size for us and very comfortable. Only a short walk to the beach and all beachfront bars, restaurants and shops. The pool was never overly busy and we had no problems getting loungers any day we wanted them. All in all we were over the moon with our stay.

The only small little thing was it took us a while to work out the air conditioning in our room. Maybe a sheet with instructions would be helpful. But otherwise no complaints at all.

YHE place was absolutely ideal for us. The apartments were spacious and had very comfy beds. The balcony was plenty big. Will miss sitting out on it :( The woman that checked us in and that was there throughout most our stay made it that much more enjoyable she was so kind, friendly and very helpful! The pool was lovely too, although the shade was a bit annoying from the high sky rise at times you had the option to move to a sunny spot and it didn’t stop the fun ! Will 100% be booking here again if we come back as it was absolutely fabulous!❤️

The whole place was very clean and fresh, I am a clean freak so I notice every detail. I watched staff clean throughout the day,the pool was kept spotless and cleaned and checked a lot. The staff paid attention to detail as I sat on my balcony in the evenings I watched them positioning each sun lounger back in place and clean everything for the next day, then in the mornings the pool would be cleaned. The decor throughout was tasteful and completed to a high standard, with all fixtures and fittings working and soft furnishings complementing the style. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and again it was spotless and spacious, big TV’s in living room and bedroom with working remotes! Lovely family space to eat with comfortable chairs in the open planned kitchen/living room. The beds were so comfortable and air-con in the bedrooms if needed to keep the rooms at a nice temperature. The balcony is really big so we were able to relax at the table and chairs and dry clothes with the big airer that was provided. Everything you need in the kitchen and all new clean appliances that work well. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was powerful and plenty room to move in it. Bedding and towels provided crisp and white, cleaners came every 3 days throughout our 10 day stay to freshen apartment and leave fresh towels/change beds if needed. Staff were handing out fluffy white towels for people to use in the pool also. There is a bar area to sit in and get ice lollies to cool down, if you are having a day relaxing by the pool, staff were so friendly and helpful. I had some nice chats with them all . The location is great for the beach, supermarket, indoor market and loads of restaurants to sample the local cuisine on your doorstep. KFC is around the corner and Burger King and McDonald’s at the bottom of the street. For night time entertainment the strip is a short walk away, but not too close where it disturbed us in anyway and we had a 8 year old with us.

Liked the location and the rooms and pool area

I didn't like the fact that it said no large groups but there was an extremely large group of women who checked in from Thursday to Sunday. They were all wearing the same t shirts so obviously together. They played inappropriate music including racist words. This was allowed around the pool even though we had had previously excellent music played through the pool speakers. The staff also allowed sunbeds to be reserved by people.putting towels on beds early in the morning and then leaving them for hours on end not being used. There were some days where no beds were available. This did not happen the same time last year! This was one of the main reasons we booked again.

Fairly clean (see below) and comfortable. Most staff very nice. Location great just on the edge of everything.

Some detritus under the sofa which the doves came in to find from time to time. Diffficult to stop the bathroom flooding as the shower tray was flat more or less and no shower curtain so you had to be very careful. I met one director after I set up to do some work in a common area and he was brusque and rude forbidding me to work there with my laptop. Arrogant and unhelpful. And I was promised parking after I checked in but having taken 3/4 to check in, they told me the parking was now not available in the sister aparthotel opposite. Most unprofessional and as one of our party is disabled most difficult. Could not park nearer than 700 metres away.

Nice clean apartments nice reviews and local to the beach. I liked the fact it was quiet and not over run pool was nice and a nice chilled vibe. I have rebooked to stay next year

All the staff were lovely apart from one. After checking out I realised I’d left my house keys in the room the staff member would not give me a card and told me to ask cleaning staff. Cleaning staff refused so after going back to reception the staff member gave me a card but didn’t look happy about doing so. She was also the only staff member that didn’t seem to greet you everyone else I saw seemed nice and polite.

I requested a high floor with sea view.. to our huge surprise we are given the top floor apartment, which was the only apartment on the floor , therefore had a huge wrap around balcony. We were sure it was a shared balcony until we investigated further to realise it was all for us. It even had two sunbeds along with a table and chairs on the balcony. It was simply icing on the cake. We were absolutely made up with ourselves. Any interaction with reception staff was a pleasure, they were friendly amd helpful at all times.

The hotel was very clean. The pool was small but cosy and not far to walk for a member of our group with mobility issues. The bar gave generous drinks that were well priced. Great location. Friendly staff. We will return next year.

We had ordered a mobility scooter and needed to go across the road to arrange with the manager there to store it at that hotel luckily he said yes. This wasn’t a problem for us.

Staff very friendly, apartment very clean, utensils good and clean. Beds comfy pillows nice and plump, sheets spotless. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, my son and I. You are near to the beach, and the holiday entertainment. You do get a lot of noise all of the time, but you must expect that in a place like Benidorm where entertainment is on 24/7. It would be nice to have a sign on the doors to ask to close quietly instead of the slamming that goes on, but maybe that sounds like a party pooper! In all a great stay, our third in the same apartments.

Everything and the staff especially Kirsty one of the receptionists was amazing ❤️

The Shower !! Although lovely and hot, if you didn’t hold the shower in your hand it went everywhere and there is No lip to the shower floor to keep water in ! The first shower we had we flooded most of the apartment 🤦‍♀️ And no full length mirror so we made do with the lift mirrors 😂
