Excellent location. Spacious apartments. Pool small but plenty of room around and no problem getting sunbeds when we stayed in June. Everything seemed very clean and the apartment felt secure. Would stay here again.

The reception is not permanently staffed and can lead to problems collecting the key. We were OK as the barmaid got our keys from behind reception desk but a group of lads who arrived after us were waiting for hours for someone to arrive and get them their key.

Liked everything, large spacious apartments, spotlessly clean, everything we needed in the apartment including kettle, iron, and kitchen with large fridge freezer ideal for keeping ice and mixers for the drinks we had on our large balcony, there was a well stocked bar near the pool that we used a few times and drinks were well priced, we also ate breakfast there a few mornings and the food was nice the bacon and eggs were perfect thank you Juliana, the staff there are so friendly and a big thank you to the Manager Maria who cant do enough for you, will not stay anywhere else when in Benidorm

Nice apartment on the top floor with balcony sunny all day long. Comfortable beds and lounge, nice bathroom, everything very clean. Slight issue with the kettle on the first day was resolved wthin 5 minutes of reporting it!

Extra charges for tv remote, air con, fans and wi-fi. Never had this before in any apartment we've stayed in. Only one English TV channel (4) and an American news channel after paying 30 euros for the tv! Managed without air con or fan, but these should not be "extras" when similar priced apartments provide these facilities within the price.

Having to negotiate opening the gate with a mobility scooter, Having to pay for air conditioning and wifi, We didn't pay for air conditioning as we managed with the usb fans we took with us.

The size, location the host responded very quickly to any emails and was very accommodating. Our flight was late in the evening and we asked for a late check out and for a very low price we got the apartment for another day, Naria the host was great.

Nothing but it is up a small hill if you are visiting with elderly people and the surrounding hotels can be a bit noisy in the evening.

We both just love these apartments, plenty of space, clean and everything we need is there, it is a small block of apartments and the other guests are usually around our age making for a peaceful stay, near to the new town about a 4 to 5 minuet walk to the indoor market and start of the strip, there is a little hill to walk from the indoor market to the apartments but not a problem for us and we are not the most energetic people, the staff are wonderful and always go out of their way to make our stay pleasant so a BIG THANK YOU to all the staff and especially to Maria and Julieana, we have booked to come back in December and usually visit Picasso 4 to 6 times a year, would not stay anywhere else now it's like coming to visit with friends.

Perfect location, friendly staff, pool area and pool were cleaned constantly and the bar was great. Rooms were very spacious as was the balcony. Paid a very reasonable charge for aircon and the safe! €150 deposit on the room was put on my card, we checked out out of hours so the lady at reception said they would check the room and refund me once she started. I have just received the deposit back to my card and I’ve only just arrived back in the country! VERY prompt! Tried the food whilst round the pool (pizza,chips,chicken nuggets … the standard holiday food ha) and it was all delicious! Drinks reasonably priced also (Malibu and pineapple about €5.50) … we will 100000% be booking here again! Thank you!

Really struggling to find something! If you’re one to complain about noise, firstly don’t go to benidorm but I would just take some ear plugs. noise is to be expected around this area but just make sure you prepare for it. I’m a ridiculously light sleeper but some ear plugs and a few rums had me sleeping like a baby every night ha.

Staff very good. Very helpful. Had a few hiccups but they were soon sorted out. Location was good 5 minute walk to the beach. Loads of lovely places to eat and drink

Hotel a bit dated. Needs a bit of decoration round the pool. The mural needs to be redone. It has faded and makes it look unloved

Hotel is basic but both pool and bar open, decent prices at 2euro a pint, good location about 5 mins walk to sea front and about 10 to main strip

Pool was freezing cold and couldn't stay in it too long

Friendly, helpful, polite staff that made us feel welcome from the start. 1 minute walk to the beach. My children lived the pool. Food was made to order and delicious. Room and beds were perfect for a family. Thank you so much for amazing stay ❤️
