Apartment was spacious, air conditioning and WiFi was fantastic. The beds were comfy, the shower was powerful. Overall can't fault the apartment. Would recommend as a place to stay for self catering.

Had to pay €3 per day for sun lounger at pool (should be free of charge) and if you left it to go get your lunch or nip out to the shop and had no towel on it but your bag beside it the pool attendant remove your lounger as he was afraid that someone would come along and use it and he would miss out on another €3. Place could have been doing with a bar to serve drinks at the pool area.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Great pool view and huge balcony with good air conditioning. The pool is beautiful with nice grass areas to avoid people slipping over. Prefer having to pay for sun-beds to avoid the sun-bed wars and hoggers! Could get a good spot at any time of day. We checked in out of hours but it was made easy with clear and concise instructions.

The apartment was a little dated but we were not bothered as large, very clean and comfortable. Be nice to have a snack bar round the pool.

Comfortable bed, very clean and felt safe. Was In a good safe area and out of way of madness when staying with kids. Air conditioning worked as a real treat was brilliant.

Having to pay for sun loungers and the kids not being alowed inflateables in the pool, not knowing where the bins were to put the bin out.

Lovely surroundings, lovely apartment, quite modern. Lovely bathroom and a shower that doesn't fall off the wall when you use it. Quieter area but close enough to walk to the night life if that's what you want. Welcome pack for kitchen and could get a second key too if needed. Fab balcony which got the sun most of the afternoon and evening. Lidl for shopping 5 minutes walk

Nothing really but if i had to be picky the apartment didn't have a washing machine or iron. which for our short trip was fine but if you were staying longer could be an issue. There was a laundrette on site but I'm not sure if that was open to the public or just staff

Great location, check-in was very easy and we didn’t arrive until early hours in the morning. 24 hours before we arrived I had received a email confirming codes and location of a key box. The security guard there was also very helpful. We were on the 9th floor and had a great view of the pools from a good size balcony. Apartment was clean with everything we needed. Aircon and free WiFi were great. The best thing I found was that the pool area didn’t open until 10am and all sun-beds were stacked up on a evening when the pool was closed, so people couldn’t get up in the early hours and put their towels on the beds to save them and get the best places around the pool. The sun beds are at the cost of €3 each for the day and we found, we could come and go and they were not moved until we were finished with them. Only wish Hotels did this! We will definitely be staying again!

The 2 Ladies toilets at the pool area didn’t lock and one door handle was broken on one of the doors so you had to have someone on the other side to keep it closed for you.

Gated property with a beautiful garden & 3 pools. Good sized apartment. Located beside shops bars and restaurants and near Benidorm Palace. Walking distance of Levante Beach. Once you step outside the gates you are on the buzzing streets. We didn’t mind paying €3 for the sunloungers as it prevents people from putting their towels on them first thing in the morning.

We used the stairs often as we were on the first floor, but the energy saving lighting was slow to come on in the stairwell and the hall outside your apartment was dark at night until you could find a light switch. We were worried about getting access to the property at night but the instructions are very precise and make sense once you get there. The chrome gate is located between some shops just down from Dynastic Hotel.

We loved the pool, the staff, it had most things that we needed and it was clean. All staff were friendly (Reception and Pool attendants) and very helpful. Aqua gym was a lovely suprise and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Getting a towel change was also a lovely and very welcome suprise! We also liked that there were vending machines near the pool for drinks and lots of leisure facilities such as mini golf and table tennis. The location was good with lots of shops, supermarkets and bars nearby.

It would have been nice to have a kitchen bin and air con in the second bedroom as sleeping in there was uncomfortable some nights. It was also quite scary on arrival trying to find our room in pitch black as you have to manually turn the lights on when in the corridors. This wasn't a problem once settled in and I understand this is energy saving however maybe sensor lights may be a better option?

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The beds were comfortable (even the sofa bed, which had a mattress topper to put on top for sleeping). The balcony with the pool view was big enough to eat and dry our swimsuits and towels (on the provided clothes dryer). The kitchen equipment was very good, and the apartment was spacious enough for a family of four adults. The pool staff did a great job of keeping everyone safe. Alcohol wasn't allowed at the pool, making it very family-friendly. Overall, the atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing.

It would be nice for there to be at least a small bar of hand soap to wash our hands with after arriving from the airport.

Had a code for the front gate , and receptionist was still available when we arrived to give us our keys and check us in. We left a personal item unintentionally and they emailed us to,let us know, they also left a wee kitchen pack, washing up sponge, c Kitchen cloth & some washing up liquid. Family member left the day before we arrived, she had some items left and bagged them up and left a note for the cleaners asking if they were able to could they put it in my room, to which they did

Location was perfect! Restaurants, bars, shopping, and beach were all within a short walking distance. The apartment was perfect for the value and felt like home with stunning views. There were various amenities to entertain the family such as mini golf, tennis court, and football court. Lastly, having 3 pools (1 for kids) was a bonus! Staff were professional and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this place and won’t hesitate to book here when visiting Benidorm in the future.

Only thing I’d recommend is that the staff at least sweep/ mop apartments prior to guests checking in. It was very dusty under the beds and under the sofa. Someone with allergies can be impacted because of this.
