Breakfast was good, but there were very few variations. The pool was big and nice. The area is quiet and nice; near the bus stop, there were many lines, although it was pretty far away from the beach, like a 15-20-minute walk. My room was big and fresh, with a good view. The gym was ok, with no free weights, but many machines. In general, it is a solid hotel for the money. There are no miracles, but there is nothing really to complain about.

Very clean hotel, great location for people going to the Benidorm Palace show because it is directly across the road and has car parking too. We didn’t eat dinner however there was a huge choice for breakfast

We arrived to a friendly welcome, the receptionist even offered us light snacks as we arrived late. The hotel was big, clean and had a great atmosphere. Rooms were large, bright with all amenities and a lovely large terrace. We were half board, and would definitely return on all inclusive. Good quality food, with a variety of choices for everyone at breakfast and dinner. Pool was large with lots of available sunbeds, lovely indoor pool with sauna. The hotel even allowed us to use a vacant room to freshen up before our flight home, at no extra cost. We will definitely be returning next year and would recommend this hotel, it's in a fantastic location with smaller quieter bars a stones throw away or the busy strip about 15 minutes walk away.

Checkout at 12 meant your all inclusive benefit stops if your staying later you have to pay. 1st hotel we have ever had this with. Draconian rules around the pool, no inflatables not even small rings allowed. No balls allowed either even small size. But yet you can throw heavy sinkers!!! The umbrellas turn into missiles really dangerous. This is down to the hotel having cheap stands and not investing the money earned through guests to purchase better supports for the parasols. I’m sure someone will be severely injured before they act. Food decent but the deserts were dire.

the hotel was ideally located for Levante Beach and all of the bars and shops in the area. it had a lovely pool, the food was really good and there was a good selection to choose from. the staff were very helpful and friendly. our room was large and spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

We have stayed at the Hotel Mediterraneo on a number of occasions and have always found it exceptional. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The food is one of the best buffet services that we have had. The Hotel is very very clean and the staff very helpful most of which are long term employees at the Hotel. This is a Hotel which we measure others against. Excellent.

Nothing. The room could have had a kettle for our English early morning cup of tea but I can't say it's really a problem.

Fantastic food although a little samey after a couple of days, fantastic staff that couldn't do enough (entertainment lady was amazing and on the go with the kids all day!) Room was much bigger than expected. Balcony lovely and hotel only on two floors above reception and pool. was hoping to go into the indoor pool and jacuzzi/ sauna but hubby was told you had to go in dry?

One interaction with a member of staff who was a salty, but all the others were amazing!! Teatime was a little late for us as we wanted to be out and about but as we were half board were offered to swap this for lunch which is great if we were spending the afternoon by the pool.

Pool is great & no fighting for sunbeds & plenty parasol,s Staff were great Shower was good too Asked for a quiet room and got one.. Definitely made my holiday The hotel is only two floors, so lifts are super quick. With no waiting.
