Central for where I needed to visit. Very clean, tidy and everything readily available

The only issues I had where 1. The shower needs replaced 2. When leaving, the staff were washing the steps, there was no sign to inform customers of this and with it being upstairs I did slip but kept my balance. When I reported it they were swift with getting it sorted

Liked everything about the cabin, would have liked a kettle as we like a drink in bed in the morning but not a big problem, 2 pillows instead of one would be better, we would bring these with us next time as we only live down near Torrevieja so we drive there. Will definitely come again, it is hard to find a place that let's us book 1 night, we only wanted 1 night as we were just meeting up with friends from the UK.

Needed a kettle and 2 pillows each.

The accommodation was clean and presentable, old style Spanish decor. Room had Aircon and led TV Great pool and plenty of loungers Had a covered area with seating for staying out of the sun.

Location was a 25 to 30min walk into town through a narrow rd then onto a busy rd. At the main gate the entrance to the grounds were very run down looking and casted a errie feeling about were we were staying, but in past reception everything was reasonable. Staff were ok It felt a couple of times as if it was a bother to help us. Apart from that clean room and bathroom 👍

Everything the rooms are great very nice and clean comfortable and tidy.. All the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Julia and Julian and camero.. The pool is very nice clean just amazing will definitely be back 😍

Amazing staff even after delayed flight and early hours check in was no issue. Pool was great and good prices with also a vending machine to incase of out of hours needs

Slightly further away from strip than anticipated but our fault

I like that the reception was a swimming pool and you can leave your stuff and have a swim before your check in which was cool. We totally go back.

The location was a bit far from the old town of Benidorm. It’s either you use an electronic scooter or a car which Taxi was so expensive.

Nice cosy air conditioned units. Shutters on windows totally blocked out any light.Fridge in unit plus TV. Very friendly reception, Julia, very helpful. Easy walk into Benidorm and very quiet (Apart from...)

No kettle for a cuppa. No soundproofing - chap nearby had a very nasty cough and it was as though he was in the same room - so a bit more insulation would be beneficial.

Room was upgraded from wood cabin to apartment due to the lack of availability for no extra cost. Staff were helpful and the pool was clean.

Location was a little far from the centre. A microwave in the room would have been nice. Ice machine would also be a good addition. A shop on site for essentials would be good.

A small complex, just 10 mins walk to benidorm palace..very helpful staff. The room was simple but totally adequate. It was clean and had a lovely terrace. The bed was very comfortable. All in nice surroundings Small pool area with bar also very pleasant. The bar was good value.

Location close enough to be in the thick of it but far enough away to sleep in peace and quiet

Told to park near my room but was under a tree that dumped sticky sap all over it had to wash hire car before I returned it
