The Staff were excellent, they are very helpful and the restaurant managers couldn’t do enough to help as one of our party is gluten intolerant/ They made sure bread,pizza , pasta and chips was available whenever they wanted. Indian restaurant was pretty good aswell . The hotel is clean with entertainment on every day and night & the pool area was busy but always a bed available.

Please be aware we had a free taxi offer with booking.com upon arrival at alacante.airport. we waited over 1 hour and 50 minutes for our taxi that failed to show up despite ringing all the numbers we got no answer leaving me no choice but to pay for a taxi at a cost of 90 euros not ideal at 2am with 2 small chidren. I have been in contact with booking & all they offered me was a 10% discount if I take another taxi. I believe the company they use cheap transfers do this on a regular basis. I have screenshots of other customers who had the same problem. The hotel was fantastic from Start to finish Every member of staff was great The food & drink were good Also, the entertainment team worked really hard & and was fantastic with my children The pool was freezing but didn't stop my kids from getting in just me. The lifeguard on duty was very strict & was onto any little incident. A few people moaned about it, but for me, I felt very comfortable in the fact that his main concern was the safety of the guests & young children. Overall, it was a fantastic week in the sun.

Great choice. It it’s a shame the restaurant is in the basement. Not great lighting and barely any christmas decorations, it lacked the wow factor. A particular mention of Jenny and Dennis- just amazing people who made everyone welcome and maintained their professionalism and friendliness all of,the time

More Christmas decorations.more choice in the snack bar. Definitely needed more afternoon entertainment. It costs nothing to put a quiz on or to have an area set up for movies which you could class as an entertainment function. Chair yoga/ crafting/adult treasure hunt etc would be great for people who don’t want to spend all day in the bar

Hotel was lovely and clean. Great breakfast and snack bar. Although we stayed all inclusive we didn't use it to it's full advantage as we enjoyed going out to explore and trying local restaurants on our travels. We did catch the Sunday lunch on the afternoon buffet which was really enjoyable. From what I did see the staff were always trying to keep everyone entertained around the pool area and always acts on and very lively of an evening. we stayed on the 18th floor so we didn't hear any of the music ect. Hotel is in a great location, a short walk to the strip if that's what your after or carry straight down to the beach. Turn right on the promenade and walk 15 minutes to the end and up the alley ways and your In the beautiful old town or turn left and walk 15-20 mins and your in the new town.

staff not very informative at check in. we only found out a few hours before check out that we could have used the Indian restaurant next door to the main buffet as part of all inclusive stay or a small fee of €20 if staying less that 5 days.

The property was lovely and clean and all the staff were very helpful and polite. There was a lot to do and the food for an all inclusive was very tasty and plentiful.

As we were only staying for the three nights we were entitled to two free treatments however I think there should be a notification informing you to book as soon as you arrive as when I did try to book the next day there was no availability as it was closed on Sundays and booked up to the time we were leaving on the Monday.

This was the second time we have stayed at Sandos Suites, food is nice, drinks are just what you need. My partner and I always go all inclusive as it is £30 extra per person, for drinks round the pool during the day really. Rooms are spacious with a large balcony, clean and comfortable. Location is ideal if you want to go to the strip, beach or other pubs, all within walking distance. We are planning to go back a third time in August.

Evening entertainment could be improved.

The pool area was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bar and entertainment area were really nice. The food was ok, pool bar food especially. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, the are so so nice! There was a female entertainer who was absolutely unbelievable with them the kids and was honestly one of the best i’ve came across. Loved it, next time we come to Benidorm we will be staying here.

Excellent stay as always never stay anywhere else in Benidorm.

For some reason the suite in our room smelled muskey and when ever we entered the room this was evident, we did report this to reception and im sure our maid did try to spray some sort of deoderiser on it but it did seem to make a difference.

Fantastic little stay at the Sandos! Super impressed with the Claire's on Reception (1&2!) really lovely and helpful. All of the bar staff and restaurant staff were lovely and chatty and interested in making your stay as pleasant as possible. The pool area is lovely and clean and well maintained. The water is a bit chilly but it's alright once you're in! Lots to do for the kids and animation team work hard to get around and include all the kids and get them involved in various fun activities. (Fantastic activities and things going on for Halloween - Well done Sandos!) The drinks were fantastic for all inclusive - they weren't too sweet and packed a nice bit of punch! The sangria in the restaurant (can be found in jugs near the self serving beer pumps!) is absolutely delicious! It was better than the Spanish restaurants I tried in the Old Town! The food was full of variety and really nice - even the desserts were tasty. 5 stars for the All Inclusive from me!! Clean toilets all around the hotel, so you don't have to travel far from the pool or bar or reception etc.

Good quiet location

The suite I stayed in had a couple of issues firstly the ceiling had a black patch of mould above the shower, just inside the room it looked like someone had punched the wall, this should have been tidied up, the basin in the bathroom did not hold water and was slow running, the basin tap moved, the wall light in the lounge was hanging off the wall as was the electrical hairdryer socket in room 303
