Reasonably priced and in a great location, it was exactly what we expected. It's not luxury but the apartments were clean and tidy on arrival, if a little tired looking. The attached cafe on the street was also great and all staff were very friendly and professional. We were also surprised that deposits were immediately refunded on departure after a 10 minute room check which saved a lot of hassle and worry about deposits being challenged.

The apartments are clearly a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Sofa bed was comfortable but threatened to fold up when sat on. Fixtures and fittings were worn or damaged on arrival such as chipped door frames, dirty grout between shower tiles, and the occasional cracked tile in the apartment. Advert pictures are (unsurprisingly) very much glamourised so don't be shocked when you find the apartments are a bit dingier than pictured.

The property was really clean and spacious. Short walk to the centre of benidorm yet far enough away to not hear the noise. The balcony was huge and we could see the mountains from the side of the building we was at. You could request a toaster, hair dryer or iron from reception. Considering it is a jet 2 vibe hotel i expected it to be a little loud but this was not the case at all, luckily.

Didn’t realise until arrival there is a 200€ deposit to pay which is only returned once you clean the room, strip the beds and remove any rubbish, some of which I think is a bit excessive. The staff could be a little blunt at reception and the check in process took a long time. The wardrobe door was a little broken which I worried would be held against us and our deposit. You could hear people very clearly walking past the hotel room. There was also only about 30 sun loungers or so around the pool which was quite small.

Before arriving was very concerned with some of the reviews. But we arrived just before midnight and receptionist was there to greet us, yes very blunt but this could be language barrier or just her personality. Even though we asked for apartments close together this didn’t happen and the group of 8 was split one on 3rd floor one on 19th floor. Apartments were large, spacious and clean, loads of amenities including a kitchen cleaning box, shampoo and shower gel, towels and linen. Maid service wasn’t included and if you required more towels or linen etc then there was a charge usually 6euros for each item. Two bed apartment had one double bed with bathroom including bath and overhead shower. Two single beds and ensuite with shower and toilet and almost king size sofa bed which was very easy to make. One bed apartment includes one bathroom, one double bed and one almost king size sofa bed. Balconies were huge almost same size as the one bed apartment itself. Apartment was clean and the few odd scrapes and wall marks as you’d expect. Came with working fridge and if you required kettle or iron all you had to do was ask reception. You are about a 10minute walk from everything or a cheap taxi ride. There is a bar/café which serves all drinks, snacks and hot food(recommend the pizza’s) Bar man was polite and friendly but if you were rude to him he would be rude back which Is fine as be treated as how you treat others. Pool was a nice size, clean but could do with a few more sunbeds. Toilets and showers available. Luggage storage room. Yes you have to pay a 200euro deposit but as long as you do as they ask (strip beds, wash up after yourself and generally make sure its clean) this will be refunded within 24hrs. Overall impressed. And would recommend for groups.

Excellent value for money, great sized rooms for groups, comfortable and clean. No problems with the rooms and no fuss getting our security deposits returned.

Asked about late check out (which is advertised) on day one of our trip, was told to come down on the morning of the last day to sort it out, when we came down we was told we couldn't have late checkout in any of the 3 rooms on our booking. Bit of a disappointment as due to a late flight we would've made alternative arrangements and booked another room elsewhere for that day to shower and store our luggage. Although there is a luggage room in the lobby to store your luggage, it's often left unlocked and is out of sight.

The rooms where clean and big enough for what we needed, large bathroom with a bath and the twin room had its own ensuite. The bar downstairs was great for meeting up as we were a group of 15 we waited there until everyone was ready. The pool area was also very clean. Would stay again

These things didn't bother us but may do for other people - We had to empty all the bins before we left and remove all rubbish, never had to do that anywhere before but wasn't a big deal. Its abit of walk to the beach and strip, we didn't mind because we got to stop in good wee bars and cafes we wouldn't have seen otherwise €200 deposit per room when lifting the keys, an once they inspect the room you get this returned. We had 4 rooms an everyone got their money back no issues

Room was big, had all the amenities for kitchen, nice touch with the cleaning kit also. Staff were also very friendly.

Would suggest as reception is 24hr that they take keys from guest and give back on return to property but again not a huge deal.

Communication could of been better for when our room would be ready? We requested an earlier check in if possible so when we did go back at the alloted time we were told no it's not ready to go in so was a wasted journey and went back about 2 hours later

Apartments were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was a good size fridge. Water for the shower was always boiling hot whatever time of day.

Took a very long time to check in Only one person on the checking desk and over 60 people waiting to check in at 4pm.

Rooms are clean and tidy, beds comfortable and aircon worked. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach and the square and 20 minutes walk to Old Town.

Not enough sunloungers Staff rude except for the staff in the cafe, the guy there was hilarious
