Staff were friendly and helpful especially Begonia who was extra lovely . Apartment was large with a large balcony facing out towards the sea , although you do have buildings in front , we had a bath with shower bath was deep and long and shower was powerful also water is also piping hot. The area around has loads going on plenty bars and restaurants easy to reach old town. New town and a 5 minute walk to the beach front . Apartments have a lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds although we didn't use it it was clean and sunny perfect for kids if you don't want it noisy . There is a laundry room with 2 washing machines and a dryer also and iron board set up ideal for self catering. whole building is kept spotlessly clean with 2 lifts . Will definitely book them again . There were 2 british channels plus CBBC if you have kids .

Bring your own tea towels as there are none provided make up a wee kitchen pack to get you started .

Great location ten minutes walk to the old town/new town and the beach. The apartment is big and spacious and the balcony is huge with sun all day on the higher floors. The Staff are great, so helpful for all your needs. The place is very clean & quiet. Great value for money. We arrived at 10.30pm and the lovely guy at reception was waiting with the keys. Other apartments charge €50 to collect the keys after 9pm.

Nothing to do with the apartments. The Road works outside but thankfully they finished on our last day!

The location is perfect. Everything is a short walk from the apartments.

We stayed for one week, and all housekeeping done was leave fresh towels, leaving the dirty ones on the floor? Don't rely on the tv to catch any ITV channels as it very rarely works.. We lost our safe key with all of our valuables inside on the morning of our departure but couldn't find any staff, and the emergency contact number just rang out, which caused a lot of stress by luck we found the key in the nick of time no thanks to the staff. Would I go again? Yes.

Good communication to organise a late (1am) check in. The place is quiet and comfortable, on a side street with a late night supermarket opposite. The beach is close, a short walk down a pedestrianised street. Spacious terrace for a one-bed apartment. Good location, near enough to walk to/from the bus station and Penelope Discotheque.

The kitchen is quite basic, so not good if you want to invite anyone over for some home cooking. The bed linen was quite worn and stained, and should really be changed for a new set.

Location was perfect. Main nightlife area just five minutes away and Old Town just a ten minute walk away. Big balcony on 10th floor with okay views. There are other high-rise hotels and apartment buildings around (this is Benidorm 😁) so the view is a bit restricted. Fridge, microwave and cooker (didn't use cooker) in apartment. Bright, airy rooms. Very clean and well maintained. There's a utility room in the basement with washing machines and an iron with ironing board. Pool area is nice (pool was a bit cold at first but fine once I was in 😁). Great value accomodation with everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location, 5 minutes to levante beach, 10 mins walk to old town and 10 mins walk to the English part of the new town. Quiet area but lots of shops, bars and restaurants very close by. Apartments fantastic and spotlessly clean, lovely pool too. We cannot wait to stay here again.

Reception not manned and no food and drink options at the hotel but that's just me being overly picky as this hotel is amazing

Great central location, easy walking distance to the beach , old town or the strip . Clean apartments everything in them you need in them utensil wise , air con and safe , and a laundry room downstairs with an iron . Nice little pool with sunbeds didn’t get over busy.

Maybe a bit more storage in 2nd bedroom to hang clothes . (Women tend to take lots of clothes 😁) .

Group of Spanish teenage lads in the apartment above us, very noisy late at night / early hours until 3.00am in the morning and took over the pool most days making lots of noise. Reported to reception but very little action taken. Should have been evicted, other guests we spoke to were of the same opinion !!

Location. Quiet but easy walk to strip and old town. Lovely restaurants nearby too. Good balcony.

Unmanned reception. Advertised as that but also that you could ring bell for attention during the day as staff somewhere on premises but when we tried (so we could leave cases for a couple of hours after checking out and before our pick up back to airport) there was no response.

Good location, easy to find and short walk to all the bars and restaurants. Secure underground parking. Spotless apartment and everything in perfect condition. Good bathroom with excellent shower. Pleasant staff in reception and lovely cleaners. Would stay here again.

Car park very dark. Lights very dim and only on for short time. No watet in swimming pool.
