The location was perfect, halfway between the old and new town. Breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and the staff were great at replenishing the food and clearing tables. Definitely value for money. The room had everything you needed, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, drier on the terrace for wet towels etc, extra pillows and blankets. Comfortable beds and the bathroom was very modern with dove shower products. The guy on reception when we arrived and left was awesome, he was very friendly and went out of his way to answer any questions we had, even telling us our car was safe on the street outside as he parked his car there everyday!. He also provided us with a goody bag for our return journey, compliments of the hotel, such a lovely touch.

Only issue was noise from other guests arriving back late at night. However, you have got to accept the reason for most people's visit to Benidorm is to party.

Meals were very good........plenty of variety and choice at breakfast and dinner- food was fresh and for buffet style nice and hot. Room nice and clean bedding and towels changed regularly. spare pillows and blankets were available. Needed to put central heating on in room as a couple of the days were very cold and room warmed up really quickly! Staff very helpful and friendly..nothing too much trouble from bar staff to cleaners all great!

Happy hour bar got very busy and had to queue- extra staff would help at these times.

Extremely clean hotel and perfect for our one night stay in Benidorm. Great location to the strip and getting to the beach. Pool area was good although we didn’t access it very much during our 24 hours. Seemed like the hotel was good for families and activities were going on throughout the day. Food for breakfast was a very good selection with something for everyone. Reception staff were friendly and always on hand to get us a taxi when we needed it to get to Old Town and the bus station.

Definitely more suited for families. Room we were in was rather small which was fine for 1 night and two friends with single beds, but not sure this style of room would be good for a longer stay.

Lovely hotel entertainment brill facilities great staff very friendly and helpful we had a fabulous time we came in April so didn't expect a lot to be going on so pleasantly surprised .

The food wasn't to our liking but managed to eat something at least however the deserts were fab The only other thing we didn't like was they shut the pool off at 5pm not sure if it stays open longer in the summer months my kids would play in the pool all day but actually it made the outside space slot safer on a night for kids they couldn't fall in the pool also the hotel is quite far from the beach if maybe not very mobile

This was our 4th stay at the Rio Park and as on the other occasions found nothing at all to fault.Great location not far from the beach and the strip.Staff very friendly and professional.Rooms very clean,Spacious and comfortable.The breakfast area although very busy always managed to find and table and the buffet was always well topped up.

Nothing to dislike.One day when we came back from the beach we realised the towels in the bathroom had been taken but not replaced.Rang down to reception and within 5 minutes knock on the door with new towels so can’t fault that

Very nice hotel, good location and friendly staff

We booked a junior suite for 3 adults sharing. Tom did have 3 beds but only 2 towels, mugs, glasses, drinks and 2 balcony chairs. I did speak to reception staff the same day and they said they’d sort it but by day 4 it hadn’t been addressed. They very kindly supplied wee snack bags for journey home with water crisps and apples but again for 2 people

Rooms were good and comfortable. Good location.

Lifts always busy, food like school dinners, wi-fi poor, pool area dirty, with discarded cups and straws laying around with no-one seeming to bother to tidy them up. Pool water looked dirty too. Lifts, stairs etc were far too hot.

Hotel was lovely and the staff were very attentive. The rooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful

I thought the swimming pool opening times 11am to 5pm were very poor. If I had taken my grandchildren, I would and they would have been very disappointed. Swimming should be open from 9-7pm. We even noticed at 4pm that the Lifeguard was starting to erect the fence going round the pool.

not the first stay in Benidorm. Amazing, we had a family room on the 11th floor, as I understand it, they have large rooms only on the upper floors. Every day varied, themed dinners, breakfasts are always the same, but there is everything you could wish for. We were provided with bathrobes and slippers for each adult in the room, the mini bar was stocked with lemonades and water. Cleaning daily, towels changed daily, there were also large beach towels. Of the minuses is the pressure in the shower. It is very weak and the water is constantly changing, plus the shower head is not the best and does not spray properly. For our 10 days, the animation was not very much, we liked Jamie Somers show the most. The area is very well looked after, the pool is very clean.

lifts work randomly. long wait before breakfast and dinner. Shower pressure is very bad. Wifi leaves a lot to be desired

Breakfast and Dinner were very good, evening entertainment was excellent, very close to the beach and bars. Booked again for short break next year.

Tea making facilities in room, used when we arrived and asked at reception next morning for two milks and two sachets of sugar to replace. I was told I’d have to upgrade and pay another €30, multi million pound company, come on. Not replenished all stay. So buy your own in the shop as we had to.
