The rooms were beautiful, been to Benidorm for the last 16 years, staying at places like the Marina, Rio Park, yet these were by far the best rooms, very spacious apartments with large balconies. The location was close to New Town, Old Town and the beach as was in the middle of new and old town. Close to the bars being a 3 minute walk, but far enough away that it was quiet as no other hotels that direction so did not worry about people late at night making noise. Had concerns having read the reviews about issues with keys and getting deposits back, yet I messaged on the way to the apartments and someone was waiting with keys as we got there so was in our room less than 2 minutes after getting off the bus and my deposit was refunded in full, 3 days after returning home. By far the best place are group has stayed in the last 16 years.

The online check-in which is done by an agency prior to the holiday was a bit unorganised, and a lot of information was required. Also not knowing earlier when booking about the deposit that was needed in advance, would have been nice to pay on arrival or have known a lot earlier so people were aware sooner, so ended up putting it on my credit card.

Everything Location.. apartment well equipped.. didn't want for anything. Kitchens have everything, even washing liquid :), coffee machines, full size fridge freezer, cooker , toaster, all utensils you can think of and all dishes. Beds are comfy and if you book 2 bedroom apartment there are 2 bathrooms, one with walk in shower and one on suite with bath and shower over the bath. 5-10 min walk to the beach- turn left, follow the road down to the sea and the Jolly Roger bar is on the left corner // big supermarket on opposite side // also small one of you come out of the apartment and turn right. 5-10 min walk to old town // fab restaurant's there and a bar 17 floors up rooftop one with amazing cocktails and view. 5-10 min wall to "noisy" new town 5-10 min walk from the bust stop to/from the airport (one way costs approx. 7Euros) 5 min walk from a nice area with bars and restaurants.. tonnes seafood restaurants over the road from the apartments. Make sure you pay the deposit before you go as they have to wait until it is paid to then send the code to access the building as all keys are n key box for each apartment. There are no staff here but number sin front of building to contact benidormbooking.com, would most definitely recommend and WILL be staying again.

Amazing 2 bed apartments very spacious, pool view. Much better than I was expecting after reading the reviews, everything available for a self catering apartment. Staff didn’t speak English but communicated through google translate and were very kind to us even though we were a big noisy group. Pool was small but we were the only ones by it so that didn’t bother us.

There were shutters in the rooms to block out the light once opened we couldn’t close again. We called to ask for help was told to send a WhatsApp but didn’t get any reply. Luckily didn’t affect our stay too much

Apartment was lovely 2 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms very clean very central my only complaint was on are first night the room below us which I think is private had a very loud party at around 1.00am we stayed in 3A they were in 2A I’m here again in late August in a one bedroom apartment hopefully we can get a higher floor but after the first night it was very quiet and would recommend these apartments

Excellent location, well equipped spacious accommodation. Great sized balcony. If your looking for good food on your doorstep, not just full English, the Bonjour bar just up to the right is a family run place, delicious food and the most friendly people. Would definitely stay again

Once we got checked in the code for the key didn't work and had to make a few phone calls to gain access. Unfortunately the pool area is not great if you want to laze about all day.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Looked good and had everything we needed for our stay

The check in process wasn’t clear and involved a lot of problem solving in order to get keys etc. Things like WiFi password could’ve have been clearer on how to access.

Fabulous location, in between the old town & lively night life. Close to Beach only a short walk. Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has access onto the large balcony. Separate utility area with washer & additional sink. Only 6 minute walk to Alsa bus stop too, the airport bus. Would recommend staying in this apartment.

Wow where do I start, this apartment is the best I have ever stayed in, it's exceptionally clean and everything you need just fantastic

There wasn't anything we didn't like, the owners should be proud of themselves keeping such a magnificent apartment

Once you got into the property it was good and well equipped, the location was good, the property was well secure

Did not Like the way it was set up to collect your keys, I spoke to a member of the cleaning team and they said they would txt or ring us to let us know when the property was ready by 4 o’clock, but had no response as a few people seemed to be having the same problem

All you could need is there in the apartment air conditioning, washing machine,big balcony . Between old and new town with a short walk to the beach.

There is no body to help you if you need it. The office is a 10 minute walk away. There is a cleaner comes 10am every morning she is the only point of contact at the apartment. But don’t let that put you off can’t really fault the apartment spacious and clean.
