Exceptional location, very friendly staff, basic facilities within room but exactly as described and in line with the Rating for the hotel. Aircon was very efficient. Overall Quiet and very comfortable. We had a great time. Fully recommend this lovely little hotel

Paying for Safety Deposit box. The Room cleaning was done daily but only to quite a basic level. The balcony was never swept, and very sandy so we were permanently walking sand into the room. We were there for 3 weeks so we bought a small broom and did it ourselves.

Wow! It would be hard to find a better view from this lovely small hotel. A gem of a find. Yes it's dated & in need of some TLC in places, but the location, view from the sea view room with balcony, cleanliness & helpful staff make it a cracking find. Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend- certainly worthy of more than 1 star. Room has a fridge, hairdryer, own bathroom, TV & great air conditioning. We also had lovely little continental breakfast on the terrace for 5 euros comprising of toast jam juice & tea or coffee.

Walls are very thin so you can hear every noise but that's often the case in a lot of hotels abroad to be fair

Family run & staffed with friendly & helpful staff. Fantastic views from the balcony of our room. Very continent for the Old Town, Harbour & beaches. Room was a little compact but very clean & cleaned daily and quite well laid out. Aircon is interlocked to the balcony door so you need to make sure it is fully closed if you intend to use. Plenty of choice of water related activities from the harbour including Jet Ski & boat hire, parascending & boat trips.

Taxi booked via site was unable to locate the hotel (dropped us off what turned out to be a couple of doors away). Not ideally signposted from the street (hanging sign just reads Hotel). Some of the staff had limited English but were very patient with my almost total lack of Spanish. No tea & coffee making facilities in the room but both are available from the bar downstairs.

The room was spotless and bigger than expected. The minifridge was handy for some cool drinks. And the little cafe / lounge area was nice for when you just wanted a cup of tea.

Some of the fittings in the bathroom were loose, but everything was in working order. There was only one free socket for plugging in a charger.

Everything about this little hotel was lovely. The staff are there on call 24 hours a day and couldn't do enough for us. Staying in the old town was a bit different but allowed us to experience authentic benidorm rather than the tourist places. We had a swim and sunbathe on the little beach at the top of the street and couldnt be happier there.they havr great air con in rooms and a lift to use as we wete on 4th floor. Mini fridge in room was nice and cleaners every day. Will definitely be back.

No kettle or tea / coffee in rooms

We had an absolutely beautiful beach view seeing over the city scape on that side of the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The shower and bathroom facilities were perfect for the humid season. The staff were very polite and understanding. The hotel location was perfect for shopping, wining and dining.

We didn't have a tea and coffee station in our room.

Location Location Location. The small hotel overlooks the harbour and a beautiful view out to the sea. It's worth paying extra for Seaview room. But having said that, it's a very reasonable price to stay in this hotel considering the location.

A kettle in the room would be a bonus. Also, a light on the outside balcony would be nice when sitting out at nite time.

The room was lovely & spotlessly clean, housekeeping came daily, we were given toiletries & fresh towels. The fridge and aircon worked perfectly. We were also given towels for the sun loungers on the terrace balcony & the view from our room was absolutely amazing!!! :) The staff were lovely and the location was amazing, we will definitely book there again.

Fabulous sea view over harbour and Marina along the sea front to distant La Cala. Very well positioned for the church square and local bars and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable The Spanish family owners were friendly and welcoming and there was 24hr reception. The cleaning service excellent.

Because the bath is curtained for the shower it might have been better to have stronger bathroom lighting but that is only a minor criticism

Booked this hotel quite late so there wasn’t too much choice available. But what an excellent choice it was, our stay was absolutely brilliant. Rooms have basic furniture but the stand out feature was how clean the hotel is. Room service every day, the bathroom was the cleanest I’ve ever seen! Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Always greeting you as you arrived and left.
