Great location, good staff, very good breakfast.

My room was near the reception so was noisy, dark with no view but it was reasonably priced so I didn’t expect to have one of the best rooms.

We were in room 103 , with a small semi circle balcony(which I requested ) the views were amazing .

Just not having a pool.. which I already knew about.. and they don’t have the space ..

RH Canfili is perfectly positioned in the heart of Benidorm, overlooking the stunning Mediterranean. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the charming old town, Plaza Santa Anna, and Castelar. My stay was made all the more enjoyable by the exceptionally welcoming and informative staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel offers a diverse range of room choices, many with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The à la carte restaurant served delicious meals, with a fantastic selection of dishes to choose from, especially considering my half-board package. What truly added to the experience was the restaurant's balcony seating area, offering spectacular views. I'd like to extend special thanks to Marcelo, Rafa, Carman, and Tatl for their outstanding service. Overall, my visit was truly awesome – thank you.

I could have stayed longer

We stayed at RH Canfali Gastrohotel for 5 nights as part of our wedding trip. We were made feel extremely welcome from the time we arrived by Miguel on reception. Our room wasn't ready but we were able to leave our belongings and head to the beach. When we came back Lorena had covered the bed in (material) rose petals, there was a bottle of cava and a fruit bowl! We had a room on the fourth floor with a balcony looking over the sea. Magnificent. The bed was huge and really comfortable and the bathroom and shower spotless with a lovely rain-shower. Coffee and tea in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast every morning was on a balcony over the sea and the food was fantastic. There were plenty of options from fruit with yoghurt and granola, Mediterranean style or English style breakfast. The staff were lovely in the restaurant and there was no pressure if you wanted to linger over coffee. Lorena and her staff that cleaned the rooms were lovely and great fun. The staff on reception were very helpful with information on the area, parking, restaurants etc.

We were obviously in the budget rooms on the reception floor, nice room but noise from people talking in reception and people coming in late drunk . But not budget money. Lovely food but we had a problem with one girl waitress. Came in asked to sit on terrace she didn’t seem happy sat us down other people came after us who she proceeded to serve first leaving us 15 minutes, I then had to ask her for a drink.This was our 39 th wedding anniversary celebration and to be honest would give us second thoughts about booking her again. Noise also from bars on adjacent street from our room 006 . Left my I phone charger no message.

I really liked the hotels interior and the warm welcome with coffee and treats. The atmosphere felt refreshing and pleasant , with lovely scents and a touch of elegance. The breakfast was of excellent quality - fresh, well prepared, and very tasty. The portions especially for the English breakfast , were extremely generous and could easily be shared between two people. What made experience truly memorable was enjoying breakfast on the balcony with an unforgettable view - a perfect start to the day. The rooftop terrace for hotel guests was lovely, offering a private and cozy atmosphere, and it was nice that there was also a shower available. The women who cleaned our room was full of joy and positive energy - she truly brightened our day - thank you!

There was a slight noise from the street but it was not disturbing. I would have loved having balcony to enjoy the fresh air and view.

Hotel spotless.Housekeeping staff very nice and friendly.Reception staff amazing.Nothing too much trouble.Room spacious and comfortable.Beds and bedlinen immaculate.Comfy beds.Flavoured water in reception a lovely touch and lovely flavours.Fruit and pastries in reception a lovely touch.Rooftop area lovely and comfortable.Jaccuzzi great.Breakfasts amazing.

Nothing we didnt like.Only slight drawback was half board dinner. Although meals were beautiful and plentyfull we found not much choice on inclusive meals.While plenty choice on ordinary menu.

I have stayed in Benidorm approx 8 times. This hotel is by far the best one I have stayed in and now I'll stay there in future visits.Location firstly but hotel was bright and airy. Big bed clean and breakfast was included. The breakfast was amazing and brought to the table. Nothing was too much trouble at the reception desk. Called a taxi several times for us. Always friendly and accomodating.

The bar was part of the restaurant. One evening no where to sit for just a drink so we were asked to go to the rooftop terrace with our drink. That was fabulous but would have liked to sit at the bar.

Everything - Fab location, super comfy beds, good size room, hot tube was a nice touch, powerful and hot shower, very clean, friendly staff

Our aircon leaked on the first night while we were asleep. We woke up to a big puddle next to the bed, on the chair and floor soaking some of our belongings - luckily it hadn’t quite reached the electrics. We told reception when we went for breakfast and they repaired it that morning. We were in a room without a balcony and wet things never dried which was a bit annoying..an airer would have been useful.

Location was right in the heart of the old town, added bonus we found a Hot Tub overlooking the peninsula on the roof terrace and a phone where you could order drinks from the bar and they would bring them up to you. Staff were very friendly and everywhere was very clean.

Breakfast service could have been better on the 2nd day. Day one the waiting staff were very efficient and we received our choice of food and drink in a timely manner, however on the 2nd morning we waited one hour to get our food. Not sure why as it wasn't any busier and it was the same staff?
