Fab location - in old town and 20 steps from beautiful beach. Very close to lots of restaurants, tapas and bars catering for all tastes and budgets. Lovely staff - everyone we met was very pleasant and helpful. We were able to book in slightly early, and were lent a travel plug adaptor and beach brolly while there. Left luggage facility, and lending library in foyer. Balcony, while small, was lovely to have a drink and watch the sea and beach. Lovely strong shower head….gave shoulders and back a real massage. Very clean and room smelled lovely.

Minor points - bathroom small and fortunately my wife and I are not tall, but a tall person would have a challenge to use the toilet comfortably. We couldn’t get the light to work on the balcony.

On arrival we found the staff very helpful,the room was basic but clean,we had a visit from the maid everyday with clean towels and the room was always tidied up,we had a free safe.The best thing about this hotel is the location,being able to open the balcony door and be greeted by the panorama ot the Mediterranean sea,the beach was less than twenty yards away.the whole of the old town was less than a five minute stroll with it's wide choice of restaurants and bars.i would not have any hesitation in recommending this hotel. We had a room on the second floor facing the sea. Incredible location and view. We used the beach and were provided with a loan of a parasol and folding chairs. This is the oldest hotel in Benidorm and provides a buffet breakfast but we didn't try it. Entry to the hotel is 4pm but we were allowed access to the room before 2pm.

Being an old hotel there are very few electrical sockets. We had to unplug the TV to charge phones etc. Entry is up a few steps but ther is a chair lift for the less mobile guests. Taking suitcases up and down wasn't a breeze.

Loved the hotel and view from balcony was breathtaking. It was the perfect room. Loved having a fridge in bedroom. Hotel staff were the best and so helpful and always smiling . We just couldn't fault it . Breakfast was very good.We would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay there again .

NO SWIMMING POOL. HOTEL NOT ACCOMODATING IF YOUVE TO LEAVE IN MORNING FOR FLIGHT . NO COFFEE / TEA NOTHING TO EAT.

Good sized room, bed and bathroom. Amazing location. Staff very always friendly and polite and assisted when we needed help. Rooms were cleaned daily and very well. Liked having the 24 hour reception too.

Building works in the area cut off the water supply by accident one morning, it was restored by lunchtime and was no fault of the hotel, but did mean we didn't have morning showers and didn't want to use the loo!

We had 4 nights here. The hotel is located on the sea front & we had a room with a sea view which was fantastic & the staff were very helpful & friendly. There was no kettle in the room but asked at reception & they gave us a kettle & cups & the rooms are dated but this did not effect our stay as you only sleep there. The shutter was a great addition as it kept the room dark in the mornings & didn't hear much noise from outside & the breakfast is continental & a lot of choice they have some cooked items too. To get to the strip with the bars & clubs on Calle Gerona is around a 20 minute walk. We will be back. The bed was comfortable as well & there is extra pillows in the wardrobe.

The cooked mushrooms have garlic on them & I think maybe they should have a sign to say they are coated in garlic.

Fantastic location, comfortable bed, fridge . nice bathroom with a good powerful shower. Staff lovely. Good check out time. Sea view room right on the beach front in the old town, a 2 minute walk to tapas alley. Loved listening to the waves at night, lulled me to sleep.

Had to ask for a kettle and two cups as these facilities are not in the room, but we did ask and were given them.

This accommodation was ideally place at the end of the beach front and only two steps from the beach. Walk around the corner and you are a mere 20 steps from tapas alley and the old town. Far enough away (but a short seafront walk) to the new town/strip. The staff are brilliant and rooms are clean, but not beaten by the price... exceptional value for money.

Nothing. If you want more then pay double or triple for something that's not needed when you have this accommodation.

We never had breakfast, preferring to try out the many cafes nearby but the facilities in the hotel looked good. We booked room only. Dined out. The hotel on arrival offered us a Kettle and cups to make coffee or tea in room if required and we did this. Very convenient. We Used fridge in room for milk and drinks. The staff were excellent and made you feel welcome. The hotel was very clean from top to bottom. The bedrooms were large and minimal. Very large comfortable bed and good bathroom with good storage. It’s not a boutique hotel with fancy decor Or gimmicks. It has excellent location on the beach. Taxi can stop outside. No dragging suitcases.

We needed a hotel with good location and reasonable price. The hotel is about to be refurbished to update reception area and rooms so decor is very plain but clean, good balconies. Best views. No unnecessary extras. We liked everything.

Our room faced the sea it was lovely to wake up and sit and have a coffee overlooking the sea and watching Benidorm wake up. There was a lot of choice for breakfast and the lovely young women who worked in the restaurant kept everything replenished so you knew that it was all fresh.

The rooms could be modernised but to be honest for the price we payed I would keep it just as it is. It had everything we needed and was really clean.
