The view is breathtaking, everything you need is within the apartment. Also keep the swipe cards away from your mobile phone as it will deactivate it; it was a great tip from the Hotel Voramar receptionist; the hotel is stunning too. Which you also have access to as a guest of the apartment. The apartment was secure and safe too in a quiet area.

No ventilation in the bathroom, leading to a slippy floor. There are no lights within the entrance of the apartment block or stairway at night. We struggled to find it at first, as it is signposted behind white railings. Look out for number 38, and you have to insert the apartment card to gain access.

Very clean. I work as a professional cleaner and apartment 3A was very clean. Comfortable and the view was INCREDIBLE. The building has an elevator which was appreciated! Staff were really friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was 7€ and was fantastic, great food and again, very clean! We will be staying here again in future. Shower would not keep the temperature for long. But we were only there a few days and were having quick showers anyway.

The apartment was amazing the view's over the marina and beach were spectacular! From the balcony.We arrived early at the hotel voramar to collect the keys reception staff were really warm helpful friendly and were more than happy to look after our bags while we explored a bit then called me to let us know the room was ready early. It was clean comfortable we were lucky enough to get 6A which is top floor lift goes to 5th floor so a small flight of stairs to get up but thoroughly worth it, no other apartment just us and the view. Really couldnt fault it kitchen was clean and shower hot pwerfull and worked well, very bright clean rooms would definitely return, also you can use a facilities of the hotel voramar roof terrace pool area gym restaurant etc again all the staff were lovely

Honestly the only thing was lift noise occasionally there are only 11 other room so wasn't an issure and the kitchen skylight was open as it was slightly damaged and needed replacing but really not a problem

The view was incredible! The location was very convenient. And the bed was very comfortable.

I'd recommend adding a warning sign in the shower about the high water pressure. The water pressure is great! But when you reach in to flip the handle on to let it warm up, it shoots outside the shower glass and straight at the door to the bathroom. Thankfully there were extra towels in the closet so I could clean up the puddle. That was literally the only issue I had though. I would still stay here again.

The property is in a a fabulous location! The views over the sea were fantastic! It had all the comforts you could ask for. Would definitely visit again.

I would say that the location is great but it took us a while to find it as it was dark when we arrived so I would suggest some signage to make it easier. The key cards kept needing to be reset and although the hotel to get this done isn’t too far, it was a pain late at night.

Great location in Old Town - close to viewpoint, beach, bars and restaurants. Short walk to Benidorm strip or a few minutes in a taxi. Apartment was a really good size with beautiful views and a great balcony. We couldn’t get a late checkout but you can use the facilities at Voramar hotel to store bags and they have a shower room and pool. Staff were brilliant at the hotel, explained how to locate the apartment easily and couldn’t do enough for us even after we had checked out

Our apartment was accessible using the key from one of the other apartments. This was proven to me by a gentleman who was staying in one of the other apartments. He discovered this major flaw in security when accidentally entering an apartment on a floor he mistakenly thought was the floor he was on. With no safe available for valuables, your items are at risk of theft while you are not in the apartment should there be an opportunist in the property.

The view from our area view apartment was fabulous. The location was great, just a couple of minutes from Tapas Alley. Check-in at the Voramar was straightforward, and is only a few mins away. We had a late flight, so being able to use the shower facilities at the Voramar free of charge was very welcome. The kitchen was well equipped, but we ate out all the time. We wouldn't hesitate to come back here.

They're was nothing negative.

Location, size of the rooms and I loved that they provide an extra towels and beddings in the rooms.

I heater had a defect in it that affected our electricity in the whole apartment. I have to run to the hotel Voramar to get another keys in another apartment unit to sleep in for that night. But they fixed the problem the next day, and after fixing their were no any help to clean up the water in the floor and the smell from the water tank. So our room smells like a dead rat on our last 3 days even so l went to the hotel to report and even talked to the cleaning lady. That after they clean the and changed the heater, I need help to washing the sink and the floor. We did not even get any small compensation for the trouble of running to the hotel in the middle of the night to pick up the key.
