The veiw was nice as we upgraded to a see view after our first night .on arriving late at night there was food left in our room for us which was a nice touch

The hill and the stairs were a bit of a trek and a draw back for me was i didnt realise the rooms didn't have balconies the food seemed basic

We stayed mid October 2022 and had a wonderful time at the Lido. Awesome location right next to the sea, with many things near by. The sea views from our room on the 5th floor were AMAZING with panoramic views through floor to ceiling windows. There is a lovely little swimming pool overlooking the sea and the food was very nice. The best part of our stay was the staff - our flight arrived late at night and we ended up checking in at around 2am, only to find that the staff had laid out a lovely meal for us in the room (much appreciated after a long journey!). A BIG thank you to the manager George (Jorge), who was excellent and very accomodating. Also thanks to Rosa, Belen, Alexandro and all the cleaners. A special thanks to ALL the kitchen and restaurant staff, who were awesome and made our stay very special with their great service.

Having to go back home!

Very close ro the beach, clean rooms, enough space for luggage and big beds. Very good conditions for a 3 star hotel. We had the option with breakfast and dinner included and it was all above expectations (again, for a 3 star hotel).

The room cards sometimes didn't work and you had to go to the reception to reactivate them. We did this a dozen times in 7 days. Also, for breakfast, some vegetables would be a great addition. It's mostly protein and carbs, but we had veggies at dinner.

Good sized clean room. I thought the food was good for the price I had paid. One night, they had prawns, which were some of the best I had ever eaten. Staff were nice. I had a good stay 3 star hotel doing it very well in my opinion. Yes, there are some flaws but great value for me.

Noise does travel through to your room, i.e., people talking. Pool is shaded most of the day, but what a great view you get from the hotel bar balcony.

Great position, lovely clean hotel room cleaned very well and towels changed regularly, staff fantastic always helpful, the view from front facing windows is superb as is the patio area for a drink in the evening. We could not fault this hotel and if back again will book again well done to all the staff

The beds were exceptionally comfortable! The breakfast was fair, the location is fantastic! The staff were VERY friendly and helpful! The value for money was very good!

The pool was closed, however it would have been cold, so I can appreciate that was why. When booking, I didn't notice any notification that the pool would be closed before May, so we booked because of the pool!

We were very satisfied with the hotel. The staff is very nice. PELAYO who worked at the bar is the best. I have never met such a kind and attentive worker. Even when his working hours had not yet started, he kindly served us. He makes the best cocktails in Benidorm. Thank You!😊

the hot / cold food selection was cold and limited we personally didn't enjoy it so went out for breakfast

Great location, excellent staff, good choice of meals with attentive staff, bar with balcony with great views of the beach, bars & restaurants,, nice air conditioned room, cleaned spotlessly every day, nice pool, great facilities.

The only small issue were the 'guests' in the adjoining room were roudy for two nights, not the fault of the hotel.

Excellent location with fantastic view +10. Great price. Nice food. Room service every day.

Staff could be more speak english. Is no balcony in rooms.
