Everything was great

For breakfast it was a little bit pricey especially since my husband and I do not eat pork or ham for religious reasons, there were no real breakfast options for us. Also in the room it was either freezing cold or boiling hot very hard to get in between.

SPA IS QUITE GOOD, BUT THERE IS 5 STEPS EXPIRIENCE WHERE YOU GO FROM HOT SAUNA TO HAMAM AND TO COLD SHOWERS , WHAT I WOULD ADVISE THEM IS TO SWITCH PLACES, AFTER HOT SAUNA, TAKE PEOPLE TO COLD SHOWERS FIRST AND THAT HAMAMM, BECAUSE AFTER SAUNA, HAMMAM IS VERY HARD FOR YOU BODY, AND THAN AFTER SHOWERS ITS GET COLD AND YOU WISH SOMETHING HOT AGAIN

Beautiful place to stay. Staff were excellent and the restaurant was fantastic. The pools were beautiful and would definitely recommend a visit

The rooms could of been a bit cleaner as dust in the corners and the shower room on the seals had a bit of mould on the seals. The swimming pools had some mould on the grout where possibly the staff could not see as unless you were in the pool you would not notice it. Outside lights on the bar area was the same. If you were sat down there was cobwebs under the lights but you would not notice it unless you were under the lights. Attention to detail needs looking at but I would recommend staying here as such a wonderful place. Please don't let my comments put you off. I myself will come back

Amazing stay. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a special night away. The views are excellent from every corner and the bed is very comfortable. Staff made an effort to make it a great stay as well. Easy to reach by car and parking is well organized next to the reception. Walk down to the lake and around the lake is worth a hike as well.

The property is lovely. The views are amazing. I like that the rooms are detached making it quiet and private. The staff is a 10+ Especially the guys at the pool restaurant.

The rooms are pretty basic. There isn’t a door for the shower area. No facial tissues. While there are slippers provided there aren’t robes. Something I would expect at the price point.

A fantastic location and very relaxing atmosphere.

There was a distinct lack of maintenance. It seems as though there was a huge amount of thought, time and effort put into producing this amazing place. However, there were lots of things that could have done with a bit of a refresh.

Slightly hard to get around the hotel as the hotel is built on a hill. My partner and I are climbers and we still found the walk to the restaurant and reception a struggle from the room.

It was a wonderful experience, hotel is located in a beautiful location and the views from the rooms and terrace are stunning. Great place to relax and disconnect. Staff is very nice and friendly they took great care of us, thank you :) Can't wait to be back again!

From start to finish we had the best time. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, great food, amazing views and location. We got upgraded to the villa suite with private pool, oh my god it was stunning. The staff also helped my partner plan his proposal and we got engaged there. The most special place. Cannot recommend it enough.

Nothing, it was perfect!

Everything. An absolutly astonishing place to stay at. Everything was beautiful, from the scenery of the mountains, to the attitudes of the staff. Highly recommended without a doubt. My favorite place to stay at compared to the hundreds of hotels i've stayed at worldwide.
