Extremely clean, decent bed / shower. Comfortable. My partner and I were only here in the evenings and it provided all we needed. Big TV which we did use. Offers all you need from a room.

We stayed in room 101 which is right above the entrance, and it was a unfortunately a very noisy room. You hear the front door open and close whenever somebody enters / exits, and hear everybody walking in and out the building. Just very thin walls. I'm very good at sleeping through noise as well, but it did bother me here. I suspect other rooms aren't nearly as bad, but this room being right at the front of everything, it was quite noisy.

We stayed in the room with the terrace, and it looked exactly like the photos — maybe even better! The terrace was absolutely amazing, and the room had everything we needed for a super comfortable stay: a fridge, fresh towels replaced daily, high-quality bedding, toiletries, drinking water, a clothes steamer, and more. Our experience with Bypillow was honestly 100/10. The staff was friendly and professional. The location is great — a little bit away from the main tourist spots, but really well connected by public transport. Plus, there’s a Carrefour and Mercadona nearby, along with plenty of local cafes, bars, and bakeries. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend staying here!

The staff were so lovely and helpful really good communication , and got complimentary treats . The room was really clean and everything was clear. They operate on a strict 3pm check in time so make sure you keep that in mind before your stay. Everything in Barcelona was very close , a quick 25 min bus or metro and you're in the gothic quarter or by the beach . Nice tapas place round the corner from the hotel too forgot the name but it's the one if you go straight out the hotel past the area with the chairs and it's left by the main road

Cleanliness, comfort ,very kind and supportive staff .......Onaid (i hope name is correct) at reception left a great impression on us and he was very kind and supportive .....exceptional cleaning by staff ..... cleaning staff lady when we arrived in morning helped us by letting us use restroom and also for luggage storage ....

reception is not available 24*7 , only starts from 2pm .......

A comfortable hotel, with air conditioning and heating. A nice balcony in case you want to take some breakfast in the morning. I liked that for its value for money, it was good and it is an option that I could consider again the next time I am visiting the city.

The property is a little far from the city centre, and many tourist attractions. You would have to take a taxi if you want to get there quickly, but if you don't have problems with the time, you can take a bus or the metro line, however the bus stop is a little remote. Another observation is that the reception is not 24hrs, so you must make sure that you do not need anything before the closing time. The checkout is done by yourself and the next day's departure time seems a little early to me, considering that the check-in is done from 2:00 p.m. The day before. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The concierge was helpful in an epic way being I checked in a bit too late while semi-lost in Barcelona. It might go without saying, but guest-staff interaction makes or breaks a review. This guy explained everything with near perfect English and was patient to attend to my needs even though it was end of his shift. The room was comfortable, well kept, the location adequate (given I was kinda lost), definitely recommend for solo travellers.

No view to speak of but that's not high on my list of priorities. )

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from a variety of metro and bus stops and about a 30 min walk to the centre. The room was quite cosy, the shower was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable and there's also a big-screen TV and tea/coffee. Our room also had a amazing terrace that looked over the city.

We liked our stay in the House by Pillow! We were upgraded to a room with a gorgeous terrace and that definitely made our stay in this hotel even better! The room itself has all the basic facilities, such as coffee, tea, they even provide drinking water, clean towels every day, small fridge (very useful). It was easily accessible by metro and walking distance to must see Bunker de Rovira.

Everything was great.

Check-in is easy. Bed is comfortable. The pressure and the warmth of the water was really nice. Staff was helpful.

We hung the flyer (?) so that our room will be cleaned but they forget to do that. The next day they cleaned though.

The room was neat, maybe a little small. however, we got one with a large terrace, but we didn't have time to spend time there. We stayed for three nights, the room was cleaned every day, we got coffee and tea and cookies. There was a kettle in the room. The metro station is not far away, it takes about 5-7 minutes to walk.

The water in the shower took a long time to heat up.
