Great hotel, great staff and very relaxed atmosphere in this hotel. Rooms are very spacious with nice shower. Pool in hotel is great, but more for relaxing instead of swimming because of size and depth. Also all day food in the cafetaria. And least but not least: very good room-price. We would love to come back!

Room temperature was a little hard to regulate and didn't come down in spite of airco.

The hotel's location was great, right in the heart of the town with hiking areas nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for us. The food at the bar was decent, and we especially enjoyed their own wine. Bringing our dog along was hassle-free, as they were pet-friendly. The presence of a public electric car charger nearby was convenient, even though it was often occupied.

The separation of the water source from the main bathroom was inconvenient; you had to go to another room just to wash your hands. The restaurant was consistently fully booked, and we couldn't dine there any night, which led us to have dinner at the bar. While it was acceptable, we would have preferred dining at the restaurant.

Perfect location, good breakfast, lots of facilities, parking available (additional cost), super friendly staff. One of the best holidays we have had in Benasque. We stayed in the Junior suite with fireplace as we were travelling with our dog. It was such a nice experience to return from a day hiking in the mountains, to light a fire, have a nice bath and relax. We stayed over Christmas and had a delicious lunch at the restaurant. Monica and the reception team were lovely and made us feel at home from the first moment. We will return many times!

The room with fireplace was beautiful , really clean and comfortable, view from the room to the mountain river, amazing experience. Breakfast is really good!

We stayed with a dog , it was really sad we haven’t had any option to go for breakfast or bar with a dog . It could be really nice to have a little terrace space for dog owners .

Great hotel. We liked facilities, how we were treated. There is a pool with open space to sunbath. Dinner was perfect. Everything new and clean. Parking is worry-free under the building. I totally recommend!

Room setup is a bit different from what we used to, but it's not a problem.

The hotel deserves the 4 stars. Room super confortable - the bed is perfect, great bathroom with a huge bath tube. The staff is remarkable friendly. Good location. Great services (parking, playroom, cafeteria etc).

Everything was really good but the breakfast could improve quality and options, especially the coffee.

Location was superb. Views were excellent. The staff was very friendly. Buffet breakfast was great. We opted for nearby (and free) parking over the hotel parking, but apparently they do have onsite parking. A short walk out the door and you're near some excellent restaurants or a small convenience store for snacks and drinks.

Our room layout was a little funny: You entered through the bathroom. Very nice bathroom, overall, but it's still a little odd that, depending on the relationship I suppose, you might have a harder time coming and going. Wasn't an issue for us, and I'm not sure all the bathrooms are like this. Regardless, we really enjoyed our stay and the room.

Great location just in the center of Benasque. We came at the end of the summer just before fall. Stuff was very helpful in finding great trails for us to visit, or booking restaurants near by.

Breakfast could improve a bit but it's just a nitpick. Everything was lovely.

Perfect location to explore Benasque and it’s surrounds. The breakfast buffet had a good range to cover all tastes.

The hotel is a bit expensive. We toured Spain for 3 weeks with Benasque being the most expensive place we stayed.

Wonderful hotel, easy free parking close by, very good breakfast, kind staff.

Bathroom layout is strange, open, with glass doors and in the entrance to the room. We were given twin beds although we asked for double.
