Location in the middle of everything, excellent. Good, varied breakfast. Underground, covered, secured garage. 12€ l/day for cars, free for motos (yupee, yee!). At some 200m away from hotel. You can stop in front, unload, then take the vehicle to the garage. Room of decent size. Beds good. A/C available, altbeit old, it does the job. However, even with the horrendous 'ola de calor' that hit Spain this year, nights in Vielha are cool enough not to need it. But it is reassuringly there should you need it. The staff is extremely nice and accomodating. They do take the experience to another level.

Not sure if all rooms are similar, but mine was old and tired, quite unlike the common areas of the hotel which look pretty up to date. It did not fault in anything but it just looked and smelled like early '90s.

Nice renewed & cosy hotel ideally located in the center of beautiful Vielha. Excellent quality to cost ratio (for a last minute booking, as the hotel wasn't full this might have had a positive impact on the cost). Very friendly and helpful staff!

I had a small room at the 4th floor (attic) and my head bumped the ceiling in the very narrow bathroom, but given the price I paid it was totally acceptable not to have the best room of the hotel.

Location was excellent - literally just around the corner from the bus stop and the many outstanding restaurants in Vielha. Stylish hotel. Our room had a balcony and fab river view. Great wifi. Friendly staff. Nice secure ski room. Great breakfast - particularly liked the fresh juice machine. Dinner good - not exceptional but many great restaurants nearby. Free parking a short walk away and can park outside to unload luggage. Well priced hotel - we will stay here again

Not enough hot water in the evening when people return from skiing.

A very nice hotel with a superb location, excellent staff and a good breakfast. The hotel has a good vibe and we would stay here again. The room was adequate in size with small balconies.

Our room was towards an alley that had a bar so it was quite noise during the party evenings/nights. Room doors were also shutting loudly as there are no gaskets inside the door frames.

Single rooms were a little small and lacked storage but no real dramas However the noise from local club/bar was a bit of a pain at 2:00

Clean and well kept mountain-style hotel, with a nice, warm atmosphere right in the center of Viehla and next to the Nere creek. Friendly receptionist, good restaurant with a prompt service and some bars to enjoy a drink. The nearby parking, although public, is perfectly safe. A place to book again.

A pub around the corner with his live music until 11.00 pm was extremely annoying. Not the hotel's fault at all but the Town Hall's, which should not allow such events in the first place, if just next door to hotels with their guests.

parking was a few blocks away however it was very easy and low stress, to pull up in front of the hotel to unload before moving my car to the parking lot (which was free)

Very well located nice hotel. Rooms are also good as well as breakfast. They sell bottles of water right at reception which was quite convenient.

In the morning it was impossible to sleep because you could hear doors opening and shutting from the whole hotel. Soundproofing definitely deserves to be better. Aslo parking which was advertised were busy (though public parking was really close)

We went to breakfast two minutes before closing time. Though it was not possible to eat at the breakfast salong we could pick up our food and eat at the lobby.

Parking garage had very minimal lighting.

Decent sized single room, clean and comfortable. Loveley view from the rooms balcony. Perfect location, in the middle of Vielha. Great value for the price. Staff were nice and the breakfast was good with a wide choice.

Shower was awkward. Race got cancelled.
