The hotel opened my mind about the town of Vielha. It had a lovely hands off approach and the natural feel of the hotel was both authentic and sophisticated. The fresh artisan cuisine in the morning was one of the best starts to the day I’ve ever had. The way the room numbers are personalised are such a small part of the puzzle but give a great insight into the devotion and care taken in the property. I just know I will be back.

I could spend years living in the hotel hipic and still not come up with a single thing I did not love.

The location, reachable by public transport and car, close to the centre and shops, are rooms were clean and big, the staff was really friendly and helpful.

The walls are quite thin so you could hear your neighbours from time to time.

Located off the road so quiet, currently being painted inside which will improve ageing look, not that that was a problem, it is just getting older. Staff were fine as was dinner. Allowed to take bike into room to charge, via elevator, a tight fit and used the stairs coming down the next morning.

No secure ground floor location offered for bike storage.

It was ok for the money.

They told me the facility had parking and not to worry but actually the facility did not had enough parking. Please do not lie …. Be truthful so people can plan a nice trip not a nightmare

before summer, empty hotel, very basic. hotel for budged wintertime. Tiny room, bed, shower. Good parking kind chilled reception. worked for me.

We arrived late afternoon and left early next morning, we were looking for a shower and a bed, we got it. The bed was comfy, the room quiet, for us it was enough.

A bit outdated maybe

Room itself was basic and perfectly fine, especially once climbing up the stairs. Mattress was very comfortable, shower had nice flow of hot water, so that is fine.

Controlling the noise at night, as this place is very popular with families. Everyone was shouting in the hallways and kids up all hours of the night chatting and with music. Walls are paper thin.
