Great location, 15 min to Vielha, 15 min to Beret plateau. Staying here every time we participate in Val d'Aran by UTMB races. Breakfast is modest and simple, but tasty, nothing fancy, anyway we are coming here not for the gastro tour, but to have a nice runs/hikes, enjoy the valley/mountains and then have a deep sleep at night (beds are single joined together, but mattresses are very comfy). Free spacious parking outside.

The parking when we arrive at 15 pm there were no parking available at the hotel parking we parked at public parking next to hotel later around midnight we find parking spot at property. Also when we arrive the hotel at 15:00 pm to check in the room was not ready and we had to wait around an hour to get the room front desk was not too attentive

The room was great! Interconnecting rooms with the most brilliant sofa bed ever in the connecting area. The beds were pretty comfortable, the pool was cold but big and a lot of fun, the restaurant did a great breakfast and had salads and plenty of options at lunch and dinner. The hotel were very helpful in booking mountain bikes for us.

Because we stayed out of ski season, there wasn't much else open in the town than our hotel. That meant almost zero choice of restaurant. Some of the staff in the hotel restaurant were pretty rude and aggressive in booting us out of the restaurant after 4 out of 5 of us had finished eating. Because my husband and I didn't have food in front of us (our daughter still did), the staff became very angry when we asked for a beer because we "shouldn't have been sitting at the table unless we were eating." It felt a bit much.

Great location, short walk to Telecabinas and there is a free shuttle. Rooms are small but well designed, clean and have good sound isolation. Handy lockers for ski gear, many restaurants and bars nearby and at the hotel. There is also a large pool (water is a bit chilly) and a spa to rest after ski.

The staff, the newly refurbished rooms and gym, the wonderful breakfast and meals. This property is truly wonderful.

Nothing, this was our second trip and the property was even better this time round. The area is of course stunning and the hotel is just the most comfortable, quiet and relaxed spot to base yourself.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they have nice activities every day especially for Hiking lovers.

I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel, like mini bar and fridge, bags for laundry, flip-flops, toothbrush and toothpaste.... the normal things that 4 star hotels have. but wasn't an issue. we loved the hotel

Everything but I’d like to highlight the staff and the rooms. Everything worked out well as usual in this hotel. My third consecutive year. I’ll come back again
