I had requested a room with bathtub and when we arrived I was told that it was not possible. We were very disappointed of course as the request was made weeks in advance. 30 minutes later when we were renting our ski equipment outside the hotel, the guest relations representative, Alex, called us saying that he had arranged a room as requested. He managed the room change smoothly and offered us a spa visit in compensation for the inconvenient. Excellent turn around of the situation!

It was super duper excellent—fresh, delicious, and with so many options to choose from! From perfectly cooked eggs to a variety of pastries, fresh fruits, and amazing coffee, every bite was a delight. I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay with a next-level breakfast experience! Can't wait to return!

The lobby area of the hotel is very cosy, it has a bar with comfy chairs/sofas where you can have drinks and good food all day. The breakfast was amazing! Huge selection to chose from. The rooms are ok size wise, the beds are very big and comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and functional. A garage is below the hotel and easily accessible. There are electric chargers available. The hotel has ski lockers close to the telecabinas, where you can keep your ski boots and skis, so no need to carry them long distances.

Since it is a ski hotel, I missed the little things that you need a a skier - like a heater or some sort of heating where you can put your wet gloves or skiing clothes over night to dry. There is nothing. So better take a second pair of gloves or pants in case it is a snowy or rainy day. The lifts in the hotel are painfully slow - so better stay in a lower floor to use the stairs. My daughter wanted to use the swimming pool of the hotel and she was told she had to pay an extra 25 Euros to use it. For a hotel and spa, I would have expected it to be included. All in all, comparing to what I get in the Alps for the same price, I thought it was quite expensive but I would still go back.

The staff was amazing! Extremely welcoming and trying to make you feel at home. The breakfast was top of the game, as well as the dinner (which we had it included). Both were very varied and top quality. Hincha restaurant is 100 points!

The hotel didn't provide flip-flops, we had to ask for them in the spa (in the reception of the hotel, they told us they didn't have).

Very well maintained and super cozy property. Its has kind of magic ambiance, especially when it’s snowing. Clean and warm apartments with “all you need” in it for the comfortable stay. Professional and friendly reception and other assistants, who had done their best to explain all the perks of the location. “Hincha”restaurant is fantastic place to have lunch/dinner. The breakfast restaurant is great too, where you can also have dinner. Excellent spa facilities with hydromassage pool and sauna, also accessible for kids with supervision. Upon arrival we were lucky to have inclusive walking guided evening tour to the mountain under the stars and snow. Many thanks to the guide ( apologies, forgot his name) Hotel is connected with ski tracks and tele-cabins and ski shopping/rental equipment boutiques in the gallery.

Water and coffee could’ve been free for replenishment on few days stay, considering the hotel is not low stars and carries the famous name. Upper floor room is a bit hot, although opening the windows was helpful to balance temperature in the room. It’s not getting cold from the window, nothing to worry about. Not really negative point.

The Spa, is definitely the weak point. Not at the same level of the hotel. You can see that the spa has not been renovated like everything else in the hotel.

Location was great and the hotel comfort was great.

If you want to use the pool you have to pay extra even though you are staying at the hotel. If you want to use the sauna you have to pay 25€ and make a reservation. They dont put waters in your bedroom and if they do you will get charged for them. Staff at the bar on the lobby was horrible.
