This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to go to the slopes. It’s part of a three hotel complex and barely five minutes walk to the ski lifts. The lockers are very conveniently located next to the lift. The spa whilst expensive you can get a deal on and is well worth the visit. We used it each night after our slope session to ease muscles. Loved the food and all in all was quite good value for money. Finally, the staff are really what makes this hotel great. Customer service is top notch and the staff really couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable.

The service and the facilities are really good. You have to worry about nothing.

The swimming pool is kind of small and not really appealing and the gym really needs better and more complete equipment. You can’t do much with dumbbells up to 10kgs and that multi usage machine that is old and impossible to use.

Great location. Very comfortable room. Fabulous breakfast. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble including helping us with arrangements to fit in an extra morning of skiing on our last day. Much appreciated.

Considering the room price of this hotel (which is more expensive than most in the area) I think parking should be free, especially during the week when the hotel is not busy. Similarly, entrance to the spa should be included - or at least a bit less expensive. I also think they could improve the dining options. The fondue restaurant is excellent and we had a great evening there but the others all lack character and atmosphere which is a pity as it put us off even trying them. The Lobby area was particularly disappointing in terms of atmosphere and food options which was a shame as the photos of this room look fabulous on the website.

The staff were truly wonderful, every single one of them. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, quiet and cosy (though shame about no bath, no kettle and tea bags, no English TV channel). Breakfast was delicious. Location of hotel was very good. Location of ski lockers superb, right beside the cabin lift.

Well, we are British... we would have loved a kettle and tea bags in our room. And though the shower was excellent, we missed a hot bath (especially after a day's skiing). Superb TV but no English channels; just one would have been nice.

The breakfast is amazing, the whole hotel is really good, the staff is there to make it great for you, whatever you need, they take care of it. The mini club for the kids is really good too.

Everything is a bit over priced, but is what you get in a 5 star hotel. The access to the spa swimming pool should be free.

Spa was small and we would have preferred more flexible time for kids and mor option for kids.

Breakfast was fantastic you could have anything you liked. and the staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. I particularly like the location of the ski lockers.
