We had an apartment booked and want to go hiking in the Pyrenees. It was a very convenient base, providing (more than) enough space and comfort. The staff was very nice and helpful! (and English speaking :-)) Good bed, suitable kitchen, enough space, real shutters, ... all fine. Btw: We did not use the swimming pool, so we can't comment on that.

The bathroom does have a window or ventilation, so towels etc dry slowly and it can become damp. We wanted to have the towels changed after 2 days and were told that towels are changed every 4 days and an earlier change usually costs extra. That was a disappointing but was immediately compensated since the lady offered to change them for free anyway. As I said, very friendly and helpful staff.

The apartment was a good size for 2 people - nice bedroom and living area. Large bathroom and lots of hot water. Washing up liquid was provided with cloths - and the bin emptied every day. Good position to walk into town, and on the right side of town for driving to Baqueira.

The kitchen was very basic - only 2 pans and 2 frying pans - and very small cups (I know this is a British thing, but no mugs to make tea in!!). Don't expect to be able to make many meals.

I enjoyed the location, also the convenience of parking nearby plus free use of a ski locker. The ladies were friendly, and even let us use one of the saloon rooms to watch a Premier League game. We appreciate the hospitably and introduction to the area when we first arrived.

Nothing much to say. While the kitchenette is equipped with basic cookware, there were not any towels or paper towels to dry dishes or wipe off countertops so we purchased a roll.

Nice and clean, good size apartment. Pool and garden area were a bonus

The noise! Dining chairs very heavy, can hear them being scraped on the floors in other apartments. Put some protectors on the legs. Kitchen VERY basic, have to ask for a plug for the sink, no toaster, tiny cups, no wine glasses

Apartment exceeded our expectations, it had two separate rooms, one with the fully equipped kitchen. Which was perfect for our needs. Location was also very suitable as it was very close to the finish line of the race we were part of. there are many grocery stores, as well as cleaning facilities. The heated pool was a pleasant surprise. Staff were really helpful and friendly. the parking was always full but you could easily find available park outside the apartment private parking on nearby streets.

There are no breakfast option, however having your own kitchen fully compensated for that. Apartment was a little pricey, but that was the case for every accommodation due to busy race period. Would love to have more towels in the room.

Check out at 10/1030 when you can't check in until 4 is a bit odd and annoying, more used to mid day check out, so will keep an eye out for check out policies in future, that was disappointing as it meant we had to pick and leave early rather than go for a leisurely breakfast or coffee

Parking, cleanliness, locatiion, helpful staff, swimming pool.

Had to wait half an hour to book in as reception was closed; not appreciated after a four hour drive. No coffee machine as advertised. No wine glasses just thick water glasses, obtained after request. No heating available although it was advertised; one day was particularly cold.

Spacious apartment with equipped kitchen, nice balcony, quiet and great location few minutes walk from the city centre. Elevator. Friendly and helpful staff. Visited on early June and always had free place at the nearby free parking. Pool is small and heated, jacuzzi was closed.

Our first time to Vielha, it was very picturesque! El Refugio was a lovely hotel, very comfortable, the staff were very welcoming. The hotel parking was very convenient. Very good location for shops and restaurants.

All was good, we only stayed 1 night.

Great location, next to the center. Free access to the warm swimming pool is a great added value to the facilities. The staff is very helpful, explained several times about near attractions.

There are not enough lights in the room, it's dark if you want to have dinner in the room.
