The most valuable asset of the hotel is the team. Any person whom we got in touch was extremely friendly and helpful, trying to do his/her best to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Facilities are well-maintained, and the hotel itself is situated in a beautiful valley, less than a minute walking distance from the ski lift and 15 min drive from Vielha.

Few things that the hotel management should think about. The hotel is advertised as 'ski & spa resort', but the spa is very small. The same applies to the gym. Some improvements would increase further the value of the hotel and will provide additional options for the guests to spend their time.

Rooms are great, cleaning is really good, breakfast with pretty much variety, many sort of restaurants with variable kinds of food.

The room was very comfortable, the location is perfect right next to the gondola that takes you up. They provide a locker right under the gondola which is perfect and extremely comfortable.

I cannot think of anything that could've been better honestly everything exceeded my expectations.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. I don’t think we have ever experienced such friendly staff in a hotel!

The spa was amazing but there a was a slight smell

We had a wonderful stay at the AC Baqueira. Would definitely recommend!

The only negative is that it’s not ski in/ski out.

Spa is too small for such a good hotel.

The room´s temperature was too high and we had no control from the room. It was way too warm.

The staff were very kind. Joanna at the front desk, Maria in the spa area were particularly kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The best part of our room was the spa bath that we had. It was long and wide and provided lots of jet pressure. We used it morning and evening. It was better than the spa that they have in the hotel, which was also very nice. We tend to like the water a little hotter though so having our own jet bath in the room was the best part of the hotel experience for us. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a wide selection and eggs, pancakes made on order. The parking was also a convenient perk as it was located right under the hotel. The prices of the food were a little expensive but given the beautiful hotel, it was normal.
