Oriol at the front desk was absolutely fabulous! He was super friendly and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was fabulous! It had an elevator, which was nice in an older property.

Lack of convenience in the bathroom. There was no place to put our toiletries in the bathroom or the shower (one tiny shelf that was actually an old soap holder, no counter space, etc). Only a single towel hook for damp towels. Breakfast was mediocre at best and way too expensive for the quality.

The hotel is in the center of Vielha. Like 5-10 mins walk to anywhere. Staff was very nice and always helpful. The room and amenities were clean. Breakfast was good.

A little fridge in the room would be nice. Coffee at the breakfast could be better. The hotel does not have its own parking space, but you can park in the large parking lot just a 5-minute walk away. So no big deal.

Nice hotel, it's definitely not a 2 stars:) We booked a family room for 4 people with breakfasts and everything was great. The room was cleaned and towels changed, in room was warm. Very nice and friendly staff

Location is perfect. Staff is very nice. Beds are comfortable. Room size is good.

Our room smelled of sigarette. It seemed like it came from another room seeping theough the ventilation. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from next door. Luckily other guests are respectful.

A brand new and thus very clean and well decorated hotel. Very cosy rooms! For the price you will struggle to find anything as design in Vielha, so this hotel was much appreciated. A nice breakfast, though some warm options would be great to add. Comfy bed!

Maybe just the absence of a hair dryer, but you can always borrow one at the reception

Absolument parfait! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. It was one of the best places we stayed and we booked late but it wasn’t a problem. Brilliant views from the room and multi lingual. We are definitely returning. Thank you

Great location, warm cozy room, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast made with quality ingredients.

The 3rd floor rooms are big enough but only just, as the roof slope takes up a little space.

A magnificently refurbished hotel, welcoming, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The concierge was utterly charming and the breakfast service was particularly generous and delightful. What a find!! Congratulations to all the staff and many thanks.

Everything was perfect: The food (half pensión ), the beds, cleanliness and above all the personell! Very helpful giving guidance related to summer activities in Ribaeta! Highly recomendable family hotel? Good value for the money! Climbed the Montcorbison in 1hour and 5 minutes. Fantastic view from the top (2176 m). Visited also many other small towns and one of the waterfalls. Weather was good more or less all the time... A memorable stay in the Pyrineos!

A little minus for squeeking door to the bathroom. Soundproofing could be a little better. But I am always using earplugs so was not a problem....
