Room was big and comfotable it was duplex. the breakfast was good and had a lot of options to choose. We really liked the location, quiteness and quality of the hotel. It was possible to rent a ski in the hotel if you book them in advance, but there were a lot of options around it as well, 5 min walk. also big free city parking just in front of the hotel. 20-40 min drive to the ski resort, depends on traffic on weekends it is really bad. Oposite the hotel there was a skating ring and public swimming pool.

it was very hot in the room on the second floor. otherwise everything was perfect.

Small but clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Very good beds. Airconditioning is a plus and difficult to find in the region. Good breakfast considering the price you pay. Good location in a charming city and very nice valley with beautiful villages. Enormous and free parking lot in front of the hotel.

Only one thing: It was very difficult to sleep because you can hear every word people say in the rooms on the right and left of your room, above you, and there’s a lot of noise coming from the hallway. Spanish people talk loudly and they seem to be awake at all times. At best, you can sleep from midnight to 6am, if they don’t get up at 4am to leave early to take a flight. The wake-up call sounded like it was our phone that was ringing. You can only sleep with earplugs.

Lovely clean hotel in the heart of Vielha. We had a good room with a view towards the town and the surrounding mountains. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The shower was excellent as was the bed and bedding. Good WiFi. The lady on reception was so welcoming.

We thought it that the parking fee for the secure parking was a bit expensive at €15/night as two bikes could easily fit into one car space. There is however, a car park opposite the hotel.

The room my teenage sons shared was excellent. They had a double bed each - one on each floor and separate bathrooms. Excellent value for money as only paying for one room. The beds were very comfortable and our room was also large

Staff in the restaurant were not always that friendly but the staff member at the cafe bar was lovely. You also had to book in advance to use the pool.

Had a lovely stay and would love to return sometime.

Very disappointed in the pool area, hit tub was lit up but no lights in the pool area, no staff and no means of contact to reception. When we were leaving a cleaner arrived and asked us to sign a firm to say we were there, very poor for such a lovely hotel. Had to pay for the use of pool aswell....

The room was good and clean. The location is very good, in the center of the town. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good, but there was a lack of healthy options (mostly sweets like donuts, white bread, no integral). Parking is expensive (15 €/day) and in bad condition (dirty, humid, bad smell and spots are small for sedans)

Room was well laid out and all modern features you would expect. Breakfast was down stairs, and alot of choice available Staff are very friendly and helpful Bar and snacks available

No restaurant on site Room had only two power sockets by the bed working. The desk lamp was not working and appears the plugs on that side of the wall also did not work dent in the flooring in the room easy to catch your bare foot on if not careful

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great location with free parking directly outside hotel. Wonderful selection, including omelette station at the breakfast buffet. Comfortable rooms with a/c, bath, powerful shower and good sized bath towels. Nice bar with outside decking area.

Breakfast coffee machine didn’t dispense decaffeinated coffee so had to have an instant sachet, which wasn’t very nice.

Breakfast was really good! Hot chocolate and churros /pastries in the evening where a plus! Super nice staff at bar!

The spa facilities need some modernisation. The steam room wasn’t working, the jacuzzi is cold and the pool was cloudy. The fireplace filled the whole lobby with an unpleasant smoke , not nice at all!

The hotel is old but reasonably good. Breakfast is excellent - it could be even a main reason to stay there

There was only one electric socket for kettle and coffee machine - what if one of you would like tea and another coffee? Yes you can switch, but it was properly hidden by minibar fridge so you need to move it before Aircon was almost dead in the hotel (fine, it was abnormally hot for Aran)
