The car park was a bonus (fee of €8). Not too tight to get into and it was almost empty while we were there, The room was a decent size but not large. The bed was very big though, and comfortable. The bathroom was quite small, and the toilet behind the door which wasn't ideal. The shower was very good. Breakfast was good (but not excellent, with a range of options).

The orange juice at breakfast should be proper, freshly squeezed, given the price of oranges in Spain - this was diluted.

Nice hotel with a good location, both regarding accessibility from the highway and walkable distance from the city center. We had stayed at this hotel before when it was under different management and it was good to see that it currently run well, with helpful staff and good cleanliness. There is garage parking available for a fee, but there is also usually on-street parking around the side and back of the building.

There was a large group of students staying at the hotel, many on our floor, so noise was a problem until they calmed down for the night.

Comfortable and very large beds. Overall modern facilities. It's easy to park around the hotel so it's conveniently located if you come by car.

Although the place is fairly new, a few things in the room were already broken. For example one of the bed lamps was almost coming off. Also the shower was leaking a bit to the rest of the bathroom. It was lacking a bit of silicone. Finally, we found the room very warm and there was no way to lower the temperature (the thermostat was already set to 16 degrees).

The hotel was easy to find. Loved the location. Not sure why this is not a 4 star hotel, as it has everything there. Fridge and safe in the room. Great bathroom with a lot of space around the sink area. A gym and a great breakfast. Our room was modern and the hotel parking was perfect for us. Also, they welcome dogs which was amazing for us and our little dog. We will be back there in June on our way back to Bilbao.

Accommodation upgrade to suite to assist us with lift. level 7 top floor very comfortable and modern with glazed cubicles to bathroom and toilets. Very modern hotel design, Reasonable parking charge beneath the hotel at 8 euros per night.

No improvements needed. good location, comfortable, what's not to like. Unless one prefers traditional hotel design in a village this modern hotel with full air-conditioning was just right. The dinner offer may not be to everyones taste but then that is optional.

The staff were super polite and friendly and the food was fantastic and value for money. The young girl on reception was fabulous and our waiter was a real gent and so helpful with translation and looking after my partners needs who is a coeliac. Top banana 👍👍👍

Nothing, shame it was only for 1 night!

Fantastic hotel and excellent staff with safe underground parking, although at an extra cost was worth it. This hotel should definitely have an extra store and not only be a three star as it was immaculate and the staff were just wonderful.

There was nothing not to like in this hotel.

This is a surprising place. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room - although the decor was a little tired - was clean and well provided with towels for example. The menu for the evening meal was really good value. Plenty to eat for breakfast for €8. Calatayud was just a stopover for me but it worked because of the hotel. Also secure parking at very reasonable cost.

Room was a bit tired and carpet in corridor needs replacing.

Central location, friendly staff. English language wasn’t the best but remember we are in Spain not the UK so they did their best. Rooms clean modern and comfortable, dinner was cheap and very tasty same for breakfast. Free parking which is a bonus. Lovely well kitted out gym. Very easy about having late checkout and for a small charge

A great standard of hotel. It appeared to be of a standard of 4 stars and not three. We found it excellent and very safe and secure parking in an underground parking log directly under the hotel.
