Love the hotel, love the little chalets.

The wifi is very slow in the rooms. The restaurant - we stayed for lunch we asked for a bottle of cava, we were not given any wine menu, a bottle of ordinary €6 Freixenet arrived. Then the bill came and they had charged €32 for a bottle of cava. This was simply outrageous and a rip off of cava. Plus they put a salad in the middle of the table and we asked is this for everyone, yes they said. So we all had some but this was in fact a meal for one of our guests and we had to order another one and we were charged for both. We challenged the price if the cava and basically it was that’s the price, we don’t care. We will never eat at the restaurant again. We are pensioners & It ruined the trip.

Location, ambience, helpful staff, good room tho’ not disabled adapted per request, good breakfast. Bar staff kindly provided hot water for a drink in my travel mug. Lovely lighting in room. Great to have private patio with table & chairs outside room.

No kettle or coffee making in room. Only one key available for twin room. Pool looked lovely, but not heated. Suggest some solar heating/power to extend use into off season. No designated disabled parking slots, thankfully plenty space not too far as not peak season. The ‘bump’ up onto hotel entrance & restaurant patio was rather much for lone wheelchair user.

Well located for a trip to the race circuit at Cheste. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent shower although the hot water is slow to arrive. The lady working in the bar on the Saturday was excellent.

The on site restaurant was disappointing on the day of my arrival. a Friday, with most of the menu not available and the waiting staff a bit hit and miss. The young chap behind the bar had to reminded to give us our change when paying for drinks and his pricing was a bit erratic. There was also ‘a mix up’ at checkout which nearly cost me an extra €75.

The facilities were great and the staff very friendly. The pool area was lovely and the food was tasty. Everything was clean and car parking facilities were secure.

The area around the pool was nice but the astroturf had a bad odour in some places. We also noticed that the restaurant attached to the hotel didn't have any opening or closing times advertised anywhere, so a couple of occasions we missed out on lunch.

Very friendly and communicative staff. Spacious and clean room, as well the bathroom. Varied and good breakfast and very good price for both accommodation and products served. also there is a free tour of some very interesting medieval tunnels.

There were no things that bothered me.

Great motel style rooms either overlooking courtyard for residents to park privately or overlooking the pool. Lovely restaurant/bar at the front serving good food at reasonable prices and the breakfast buffet is generous and available 8-11am. Comfortable beds and quality linens/towels. Lovely swimming pool with lots of sun loungers in a sunny private garden

No towels for the pool/Sun loungers but reception didn’t mind me taking the bath towels instead.

Pool was great, bar service was excellent, rooms had a nice private terrace area and a good car park. Location was extremely close to the beach and to several restaurants.

One of our groups rooms had a bath instead of a walk in shower. There were not many vegan options on the restaurant menu and the breakfast buffet.

Right on beach. Bar. Restaurant. Own little patio area. Swimming pool. Tennis courts. Shame they werent open though - too early 😥 but can imagine in summer would be perfect. Staff very friendly. Shame we couldnt stay longer.

Little individual 1 bed chalets with your own terrace divided by hedges. Parking right outside, so useful, no stairs, no dragging suitcases. 2 minute walk to restaurant & cafe/restaurant. All ground floor. Perfect. We ate at the restaurant, what a fabulous surprise. Elegant & beautiful restaurant on the premises. The food was 5*. Service was amazing, they made such an effort with my husbands dinner because he is gluten free. Fabulous food, great wines, impeccable service.

I really liked the small terrace space in front of the room. Breakfast was good and view to the sea. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside was smell of the room.
