Great location right next to the beach and promenade. If you like walking, the Malvarrosa beach in Valešnja is about 4 km away, a great route for a morning or evening walk, along the beach or promenade. Great views from the terrace. Close to all the attractions of Valencia. 6 minutes by car to the Oceanarium or the FC Valencia stadium.

Rooms are clean but the standard needs renovation, probably from the 90s. When choosing rooms facing the sea, you have to bear in mind that there is constant noise from the sea waves, which made it hard to fall asleep, because the windows are not very tight. However, the views from the terrace were wonderful. We also did not like the fact that many rooms in our facility were rented to workers (probably from Ukraine), which is why it was loud and unpleasant in the evenings and especially on weekends. There were loud parties, arguments and fights. Loud music played on the terraces in Russian or Ukrainian made it difficult to relax. This is not what you expect when you buy a not-so-cheap apartment for a family vacation.

The location was excellent, views were amazing. Restaurants and supermarket close. Beds were comfy and apartment was spacious.

Cleanliness could been better, walls had dried liquid splatter over them. Advertised ‘pool’ in description and photos is a paid public pool a short walk away, which was hugely disappointing. I was really looking forward to having lots of time by the pool! Coffee machine (in room facilities description) is a stovetop perculator, so make sure you know how to use one. Hot water is limited and we ran out one morning.

The location is wonderful and the apartment was ideally located next to the beach. The accommodation is very well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the rooms generously sized. Port Saplaya itself is a lovely place with meandering waterside walks, lots of restaurants and was generally very welcoming. The staff at Sea You apts were most friendly and helpful, could not have done more to make our 7 day visit there more enjoyable. Would be happy to recommend Sea You apta to travellers seeking a relaxing break while also being a short distance from the bustling city of Valencia.

Genuinely cannot think of anything that Sea View could improve on. The beach at port Saplaya does not have sun beds but a local store sells affordable comfortable lightweight reclining beach chairs that are easily carried to the nearby beach, not really a setback just good to know in advance.

The location was just perfect- overloooing the sea from one side and a gorgeous marina port from the other. ilIt’s located on the outskirts of Valencia by easily accesible by taxis (useful to have a Free now app to book them). It’s also 20 minute cycle ride from wider and more known beaches. There are a few good places to eat locally and a big ElCampo (Auchaun) supermarket 10 min walk to get things for breakfast or do your own tapas. The apartment was fully equipped and the staff were great- helpful with check in, accommodating and we were able to rent bikes for €13 a day.

Lack of kettle in the property to boil water

The accommodation was large , clean and had all that was needed for self catering . Right next to the beach and short walk to a large supermarket . Taxi into Valencia was about €12/€14 and easy to pick one up at the bus/taxi stop

The accommodations itself was very good and ideally placed for beach and pool . Although Port Salya is beautiful with quiet beaches it’s missing a little entertainment and some small shops to browse for souvenir’s. A few restaurants and cafes but no live music 🎶 or indeed no music .. Looking for a relaxing holiday very close to all the ammeneties of Valencia it’s perfect

Reception was open when we arrived, they do close in the afternoon, but will tell you in advance of their opening hours. The staff here were very helpful throughout our stay with any questions we had. They gave us the phone number for a taxi, Victor who I can also recommend, he was English so this helped with getting around and very informative when asking him questions. We were a family staying in a 3 bed overlooking the sea, on the 3rd floor, my brother also had a 2 bed on the ground floor, also sea facing. The kitchen was well equiped, the air con worked well and was quite roomy for all for us. Supermarket quite close, people use the trollies all the time, and you can wheel it all the way back to the apartment! People leave them everywhere for others to pick up and they do come round and collect them. The proximity of the beach to the apartments were fab, life guard on duty, toilets and showers and a water tap on the beach to wash the sand off your feet. Sandy beach, with no sunbeds and we did buy an umbrella from the supermarket so we did have shade. It was nice to walk around the marina, at any time of day or night, lots of restaurants around and in walking distance. Felt a safe area to be in.

Booking.com says that this property has a 'private pool', it doesn't, but is a communal pool for locals and tourists. This wasn't an issue as you get free entry, and pay for the beds, but is not as advertised. It's a big pool with a cafe, but can get busy. In the apartment, we were given different colour bin bags for rubbish/recycling, but it would be helpful to know what rubbish goes in which colour bag.

Lovely spacious apartment, nice beach view. A lovely beach that is good for relaxing on and swimming. Very picturesque town with nice restaurants. Not too far from Valencia, 30 mins cycle (and can rent bikes from the reception).

The bus to Valencia is quite infrequent, especially in the evening. I think it is about every hour or maybe half an hour earlier in the day.

Appartment has great seaview, roomy bedrooms with good beds, great living room and kitchen, 2 balconies. Port Saplaya itself is beautiful with nice bars and restaurants, beach is not crowded and beautiful. Valencia city is easy to reach by bus or taxi.

Kitchen accessories could have been better, we missed a large cutting board, sharp cutting knives, tea towel, coffee cups, wine and beer glasses. Also instructions on how to dispose garbage would be nice.

Very well fitted out apartment and kitchen with good views. Large with effective A/C. Sea literally across the road. Picturesque very large Marina . Cafes very good. Municipal swimming pool and bar (with free tokens provided by the flats) nearby. The area was good to host a quiet holiday. Kind and helpful staff.

No sun loungers on beach or umbrellas. Municipal pool although free to get in charges for loungers and umbrellas. Can be expensive in a large group. Local restaurants have similar menu with slight variations. One in centre square is good for variety and cost.

Spacious 4 bedroom apartment, sea views on both floors, the upstairs bedroom had a nice little terrace and all three bedrooms downstairs had views of the marina with a sea view from the kitchen / living area and a balcony.

I think if more photos were put up of the bedrooms my Mrs wouldn't have worried about the sleeping arrangements as we are a big family, the place looked a lot better than the photos, bigger, brighter and modern.
