This is my second stay (previous was pre-pandemic). Location (close to the faculties) and price are unbeatable for the area. Staff is very friendly (though google translate was needed for both sides). Facilities are fine (elevator is a huge plus, common restroom at groundfloor makes everything easy). My stay was short, but the room has a fridge, a stovestop, and all the basic pots&pans&plates etc necessary to cook. It is also quiet. Desks are available, wifi works, so you can study or work. Plugs everywhere where you need them. Very nice.

Well...inevitably time has passed over the Colegio. Some of the furniture is beaten up, a more attentive eye can pick up spots of room that need extra cleaning. Hand towels are a bit old. Shower cabin & faucet old and in need of replacement. Nothing is truely à major issue. It's just the passing of time & students over a place designed to be used long-term with care (as oppopsed to short term & careless)

The room was fairly well-equipped with a little 2-burner stove and some basic dishes. The bed was fairly comfortable, and I made good use of the provided closet space. There was also a laundry room and a gym in the basement. The breakfast was basic, but it got the job done if you chose strategically. Overall, for the price, I would recommend this place.

There was no "do not disturb" sign, so they cleaned the room randomly even though I'd been told it was every other day. They also left the AC on at 18 degrees despite all the signs about conserving electricity.

I liked the location, the hostal is very well situated, something to keep in mind is that there's a 4 euro fee you need to pay when you arrive so you can register for your student card, as the hostal is a resident for students. There's a laundry room which comes really handy, and it's good that the kitchen has utensils, you would need to buy everything at the supermarket to cook, but there are a couple places nearby. The place is really nice and I totally recommend it, there are a few bars right next to the building, the stadium for Valencia FC is literally in front of the hostal, but our room was really quiet and everything was great.

The beds were not too comfortable, but it's OK for a short stay.

Fantastic location and air conditioning in each room which is a rare find unless you're staying at an upscale hotel (I initially had booked an airbnb that claimed to have ac-it had a minisplit set at 80°F/27°C in the main living area but none of the bedrooms had ac and since there were multiple bookings, didn't feel safe to leave bedroom door open; hence the bedroom was extremely hot and I ended up booking at The Westin for a night). This facility was easy to find, very safe, included a basic breakfast (the sweet lady even accommodated my low carb diet and gave me eggs), the room came with a large dorm-sized fridge that even had a freezer compartment and everything you needed to cook a meal. Shower was spacious. The only negative was that the mattress was thin and I felt the metal springs. They also have laundry facilities with both washers and dryers and detergent; I used the drying rack on the outdoor area on the 7th floor to dry my laundry while I was out for the day. Highly recommend this place!

Better mattress

The space is excellent for a solo traveller. The room is small, but has absolutely anything you'd might expect (including a kitchenette with all utensils). It was surprisingly quite calm with not much noise from the street or other rooms. Location is also lovely, 20min walk to the old town and 5ish minutes to 2 different metro stops that facilitate 4 metro lines. The breakfast included in the price was basic, but enough for me before heading out.

The shower cabin is a bit small even for a small person like myself, so there's some angling that needs to be done. Also, the water temperature sometimes just wouldn't set to what I'd wanted. Generally, just minor details, would definitely recommend this for a solo traveller to Valencia.

Great location. It’s a bit of a walk to the historic centre of town, 25 mins maybe, but not a big deal as it’s a really nice walk. It’s right opposite the Valencia CF stadium and there was a match on while I was there. The atmosphere was amazing. It’s great value for money and would definitely recommend. The air con was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was a bit soft but ok. The room was small and spartan but to be fair it was excellent value for money. I had the breakfast one morning but it wasn’t for me.

Location, quietness, reception staff very friendly and easy going.

The cleaning staff didn't want to do their job and tried their best to avoid cleaning at all costs. Anything you requested looked like it was a huge task and they backchatted when they needed to clean, in 5 nights they were only available to clean one day, if you were not ready to leave them clean the room earlier, they would do their best to avoid cleaning. It was a shame, because everything else, was perfect!

Very comfortable room which had everything I needed. All the staff were excellent with a particular thank you to the breakfast staff who were exceptional. Thank you. The large balcony was a joy. The view on Mestalla Stadium was terrific , and I enjoyed the buzz on match nights (Saturday). The area was very pleasant.

Transport links to the my daily destination - Torres Serrans - were very poor (either indirect, circuitous or infrequent). I ended up having to either walk 30 mins in the burning sun or cycle.

Really nice room with balcony view out on to Mestalla Stadium. One of the most iconic stadiums in Europe. Nice self contained kitchen unit with air conditioning that worked. Very comfortable and unbelievable value for location.

Not a great selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Circa 1 mile from the real heart of things

The room was pretty good with all the things you will need for your travel (towels, shampoo and shower gel, flatware, plates, pans, microwave, hotplates...). The breakfast was good too, always the same but different choices so you will for sure find something you like. The everyday cleaning of the room was also very appreciable espacially for the sand if you go to the beach. About the beach, you can easily get to it in like 25min by the bus with a lot of bus stop around the College. To reach the center of the city, you can also use the bus or walk (around 25min).

The only thing I could critisize would be the bed confort. Also, if you travel in couple try to ask for a room where the bed can be joined otherwize you will have to sleep in a single bed.
