Everything was automatic, it was super convenient and when you're looking to disconnect it's perfect as you don't have to worry about reception times, etc. Its location was amazing: close to the river, the main shopping street and the mercado colon.

I was working whilst staying there and during work hours, staff knocked my door and told me that they had to fix something with the airconditioning which happened to be on the balcony connected to my room. I work completely online but have many calls: internal and with clients. I suppose I could have refused but it wasn't really being asked of me, it was (albeit nicely!): "we have to come in as there is an issue with the aircon and it's on your balcony". They were there quite a while fixing it and entering in and out. I had to ask the man to be finished or leave at a certain time as I had an important meeting and he was very nice, and made sure he was done by then. That is the only negative thing that happened! But still stands out.

The location is great (5min walk to metro Colon station, 20min - old city centre, 25min - Oceanografic). The staff was very helpful since we were having difficulites with unlocking the doors, but once you get used to it its very simple (have your phone with you all the time). If you need help you get an answer very quickly. We arrived before checkin and they gave us a key to the room where we left out luggage for the day and went around the city. Our room had AC, refrigirator, nice view and was very clean. I would recommend !

Doors are old, loud and not really soundproof. If you are a lightsleeper I would recommend that you bring earplungs or you won't sleep a lot (that also depends if guests respect nighttime).

I liked how the room and toilet were clean, eventhough the toilet is shared between two rooms. Also, the bed was comfy and there was Netflix on tv for evenings in. The staff was friendly and on service. The location of apartment is amazing, it is half way between Oceanarium and city center, so a lot of things is reachable by foot.

The room was smaller than I expected from the photos, but nevertheless comfy enough for a few days. Also, I didn't like how it smelled on cigarettes, probably from the previous guests, altough technically smoking wasn't allowed.

We loved our stay here! The room was very nice and big so we had good space, the bed was super comfortable. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom and it was very nice! The room is in an apartment building and it has a nice charm to it! Location is great, very close to Mércat Colon, there are also lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We got breakfast included at a cafe very close by, loved that, it’s right in the next street . There is no staff on site but that was no problem at all, they where super fast to reply! Very good service! We were able to check in early and also leave luggage on the day of arrival. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment is close to most of the city's attractions, the metro stop is also about 5 minutes walk away. Although there is a shared bathroom and toilet, it does not cause much discomfort. If your flight is after check-out time, a room is provided where you can leave your luggage and walk around a little more or visit something you didn't manage to see.

Еarly in the morning or late at night you can hear the garbage trucks.

Good location, walkable distance from all attractions in the city. Room was small but very cozy and comfortable. Shared bathrooms also were clean and comfortable, enough number for all rooms on the floor.

We booked twin room, as booking let us to choose this option but they did not have twin room available and gave us king bed room, which was not very suitable for us.

Good value room in a nice area of València. We enjoyed our time here. Bed was comfortable, had everything you needed for a short stay. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby.

One of the bathrooms didn’t have hot water at all and the other only had hot water including in the sink. Staff weren’t very responsive, the WhatsApp number provided to get in contact with someone didn’t work.

it was very clean and cute room and the shared bathroom was very clean and accessible. perfect location, 10-15 mins walk from the centre and accessible ubers and taxis if needed. all in all very good

could’ve been more things to cook with. for example, there was a kettle but no mugs for tea or anything to put the hot water in. also there was a lot of construction and noise at the time of our stay which started 7am most days and ended in the evening which made the stay a drag due to being so tired. however, this could not be helped by the accommodation itself and i’m not sure how long the construction was going to be on for but it was extremely loud

I liked everything but the shared bathroom. It's described, so I have just failed to notice, and it was always available and clean, it's just that you have to dress up to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. But that's a reasonable tradeoff for the value the room provides - a quite central location close to metro stops.
