I had a wonderful stay at ABCyou in Valencia! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their friendly and personalised service. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better; everything I needed was within walking distance, including the metro, main railway station, shops, the charming old town, and even the stunning Ciudad de las Ciencias.

The only thing that would have made my stay even better is if there was a kettle in the room for a cup of tea or coffee. I hope this can be considered for the future!

The location was good. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a good value. Also the staff was kind to transport our heavy suitcases to our room on the 3rd floor.

Before our arrival, we were informed by ABCyou that the parking next to the B&B gives discount if we kept our car for more than 3 days (15 euro per day instead of 25 euro per day). However, when we asked the receptionist about that at the hotel after we got there, she had no info., and said maybe it is automatic. ...Sadly, it was not, and we paid more than 25 euro per day x 3 days. That was not nice because parking info was important for us.

We really liked the location of the bed & breakfast, close to the city center and different public transportations. We took the metro (3/5) from the airport to this place, only 30min, also pretty comfortable. The room (102) was nice, good size, clean and comfy bed. We also booked the breakfast buffet twice, just lovely! Fresh fruit, yoghurt, nuts, granola, muesli, bread, jam, honey, ham, cheese, eggs, ... Everything you need!

The walls of the room are rather thin and also the windows into the garden too, so you can hear other people from time to time. But it was manageable.

It is easy to find. About 10 mins walk from Colon Metro. My rooms (I had 2 stays) were both lovely. Very clean everywhere. The rooms had a hairdryer, plenty of towels, shower gels, kettle, tv, fridge and refillable glass water bottles. The bedding was lovely, crisp cotton, the beds were so comfortable. The area around had lots of restaurants, shopping and pharmacies if needed. I had breakfast one day and there was a great choice of meat, cheese, pastry, yoghurts, eggs etc.. and you could also choose dishes to be freshly cooked. The people who run the B&B couldn’t be more helpful.

Wonderful stay for five people. Our bus arrived early morning so we came at opening for optional breakfast - very good! We were able to leave our heavy bags which miraculously showed up in our room after we explored the town. The staff was extremely accommodating. Our stay was on one of the top floors and had a nice view of a big courtyard with greenery - so it was quiet compared to a street view. This was one of our favorite stays and we will certainly return if in Valencia.

It did not bother us, but there are quite a few stairs to get up to our unit (good exercise). Needless to say there are less for the lower floors. The good part is that the staff will deliver and remove your luggage.

Light and clean room, fridge and drinking water refill available inside. Historical center and plenty of cafes located nearby. We stayed for 4 nights, and took breakfast once (buffet) - it was a good value for money, competitive offer to the breakfast places nearby (and tasty at the same time). We also rented bicycles right at the hotel to explore the park, very convenient. The staff kindly met our request to provide a quiet room with a garden view, thanks a lot again.

There was a slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom, however, it was not a big issue compared to all pros of this place.

We had a basic room which was a little bit small and the bathroom was a little tight, but this is to be expected for the price. It was however clean and very comfortable, we were at the back of the property and it was very quiet considering its location. The air conditioning and fridge were very welcome in the hot weather, as well as the free filtered water in the reception. We had the buffet breakfast for 9 euros which was good value and very fresh, with various fruits and yogurt, croissants, cheese, ham eggs and bread. The staff were very friendly and helpful and you are able to leave luggage if you arrive early or leave late. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing, I would possibly get a larger room if I stayed again

It’s very well located, decoration is beautiful, rooms are clean and spacious. Staff if super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing!

When I arrived I got one of the rooms downstairs behind the bar. I had to ask to be changed to another room because of the smell coming from the bathroom. The other room was great and I glad they were able to accommodate me. Also the rooms facing the street are a little noisy at night.

We loved the separate little lounge area off the bedroom. The general look and feel of the place is why we booked it, as well as the location. The breakfast area looked excellent, but we never used it, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be good. We could store our luggage before Check In and after check out for a short period which really helped with our time table. The staff were all polite and very helpful every time we spoke to them. Would definitely come back.

The bathroom was very small, although we are not big people so we managed OK. The air conditioner worked but was very noisy at times, needs some attention in room 309.

The room was beautifully clean and comfortable, we slept very well. Staff were friendly, always greeting us when we came in the lobby. We were checked in by a very sweet lady who didn't speak much English but managed to communicate with us just fine.The location is perfect for exploring Rufaza and the City centre on foot and you can get a bus to the beach nearby. We didn't get the breakfast but it looked very good.

The property can be a bit noisy (noise from other rooms, pipes etc) but this didn't really disturb us too much.
