Friendly and well-spoken English-speaking staff greeted us, provided clear information, and handed us our key. Almost everything was clear and straightforward, which I really appreciated. The property is very close to Mercat Central, one of the city’s central spots, and just a 10-minute walk to Colón Street. Since the city is flat, it’s quite easy to get around on foot or with a rental bike. As they manage the entire building, you get the comfort of staying at a hotel while living in your own home. The rooms are renovated, modern, clean, and functional, with excellent heating and cooling systems. The kitchen equipment is more than sufficient. I believe it’s a great choice for a long stay. If I visit Valencia again, I would definitely consider staying here.

There was ongoing construction in the neighboring building, which caused one of the streets to be closed. This required us to take a detour to bring our car to the parking lot. However, this comment will likely become irrelevant in a a couple of months. Other than that, I had no complaints. I believe the property is located in an up-and-coming area of the city. There are many newly constructed buildings in the surroundings, as well as some that are still being renovated. In my opinion, it will feel even more central in a few years.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they speak good English, so communication is not a problem. You can rent bicycles at the accommodation, which are of lower quality, but are cheaper than elsewhere. The apartment is near the center, there is a small grocery store nearby. The apartment is spacious and clean, has everything you need for cooking.

The lighting in the apartment is a bit poor. Our window overlooked the neighboring, dilapidated building full of garbage. Our apartment had two bathrooms, one of which was small and uncomfortable

Check-in instructions were clear. Layout was good. Everything was clean (except some of the cooking pots).

Online check-in form was a bit confusing. Wifi was a bit spotty in the rooms - not sure where the router is (but work calls could be tough). Also, our wifi was down for 1 full day and we got no proactive notices from the team (despite communicating with the mgmt on other topics over wifi).

The apartment is very close to the central area of Valencia, you can walk to Mercado Central in less than 5 minutes and reach most of the main attractions in less than 10/15 minutes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with large wardrobes. The two bathrooms were big and both had toilet and shower. There wasn't any noise coming from the street, the area is very calm. They have numerous bikes that you can rent to explore the city.

We had an unfortunate problem with the sink during the night - one of its tubes suddenly broke and it spilled water all over the bathroom. However, we informed the receptionist who called a plumber and he was there the next morning to fix it. We really appreciated the fact that we have been partially refunded due to this issue and we were also allowed to use the bikes for free the next day. It was a very positive management of an unexpected situation.

We arrived early due to our flight schedule, and although our room wasn’t ready yet, we were able to store our backpacks in a designated storage room, which was very convenient. We really appreciated having two bathrooms alongside the two bedrooms, as it made our stay more comfortable. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a separate living room where we could relax, eat, and spend time together. The location was perfect—within walking distance of Mercato Centrale and the old town, making it easy to explore the city.

Our apartment was on the ground floor, and although it had plenty of windows, it still felt quite dark inside due to the lack of natural light. Additionally, one of the staircases and the elevator were right next to our door, which made it quite noisy at times, especially when people were loud on the stairs or entering and exiting the elevator. Another issue was the hot water, which ran out every evening after about 15 minutes. With three of us taking quick showers, the supply was still insufficient, meaning some of us had to shower in lukewarm or even cold water. The presence of prostitutes and shady individuals on the next street was also a downside. However, they kept to themselves and didn’t bother anyone.

The apartment was large (bathroom was also large) and the staff were very friendly (NB! when someone is at the reception, then you can also get toilet paper, sugar etc. from there). Some supermarkets and a metro station (Angel Guimera) were within walking distance. Two markets (including the main one) were also close and in the old town, there is a lot to see (old churches, museums etc.).

Wifi was not always working well; sometimes it did not work at all (they reset the system several times every day). The extra bed was low and not comfortable. The area was noisy (garbage trucks, but also people partying, dogs barking, parrots "singing"....) and prostitutes were waiting for customers just around the corner. Getting to the beach took lots of time (either by metro to Benimaclet or Maritim+ tram toward the beach or a long walk to Porta Mar + a bus 24 or 25 to Pinedo).

The hosts are extremely kind and responsive. Everything we have asked for has been granted to us. They arranged and booked our transfer from the hotel to the airport. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had everything we need for our stay. The small details that we could find at the reception - coffee, sugar, salt, spices, garbage bags, toiletries, etc, are things that make a very good impression and are very useful. The location is convenient and communicative. Outside it is lit, clean and calm. The concerns of some people about the priestesses of love is unfounded :) The police are close proximity, which further contributes to the tranquility of the area.

The front door is not well sealed and you can hear all the noises from the corridor.

Beautiful apartment! It was very clean and modern! It’s cozy, big , located in a quiet place, very near to the market , restaurants and stores. The apartment provides everything you need to cook, towels, toilet paper and they also have a basket at the reception🧺 with food that other customers had left and you can use it ! ( the chart says : help yourself ❤️ take what you need ). The staff jose and Manrique where very kind and responsive! I felt peace while we were there! I would definitely stay there again! Hope every suite/apartment would be like this!

Overall our stay was perfect, not so much noise in the night like it could be, which is great plus however from time to time some weird people were gathering in the close area of apartment. Not sure if apartment owners can do something about it.

Very nice reception. Helped us with taxi, tickets for oceanographic and sciencemuseum, could rent bikes to go the beach, and we could also leave our luggage. Near the city and marketplace. Nice place, very comfortable for family with a table and chairs, so we could play games with the family.

The walls are a little bit thin. I already read that from other reviews and I brought earplugs for the family, so we had not a problem.
