Spent six nights at this lovely apart-hotel. Location: Just on the edge of the old town (5-6 min walk to central market) in a not so touristy area (which we prefer). Took subway from airport to Angel Guimera stop then walked less than 5 minutes. 3 grocery stores within 1-2 min walk. We walked everywhere and Valencia is a very walkable city with many great areas to explore. Room: Plenty of space with small balcony to sit on. Cleaned every 3 days and can ask for anything in between. Quiet - never heard any other guests and didn't notice the street noise at night. Coffee pods were provided to get us started - then bought our own. Water refreshed on 3rd day. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, silverware, cups, etc... Staff: Very kind staff with 24 hr reception. Helped book early morning airport taxi at very reasonable rate (15 Euro). Always welcomed us and provided good information.

Small improvement would be a door on the shower. Water always got everywhere.

Our stay was just perfect from start to finish. The staff greeted us late at night no problem and answered all our questions about the area. The apartment itself was perfect. Had everything you need and plenty space for all 3 of us. Would highly recommend for a small family or friends. The staff are the friendliest staff we have ever met. They can’t do enough for you and have really good English also

Only downside which was a complete personal thing for us was no nightlife close. If you are looking for a party vibe, it is quite the distance from the clubs and beach!! But overall we really enjoyed our stay

We stayed in April 2025 with our 9 month old baby. The apartment was all set up for us with a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and a cute little box of baby shampoo/lotion/bubble bath. The bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were perfect for what we needed to do some light cooking and the fridge to store drinks, snacks etc and a great little dishwasher because who wants to hand-clean dishes on holidays! We had a nice little balcony to sit on, it didn’t get the sun at any time of day but we didn’t mind that because it was good to keep the baby in the shade. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially as we were there during the nationwide power cut on 28 April and they did their best to help all of the guests despite having no electricity, WiFi etc. The apartment was cleaned every third day with sheets & towels changed which was frequent enough for us and you could get fresh towels etc from reception if needed. We had no complaints and would highly recommend.

The location was perfect for us but for others it might not be the most central, but it was a short walk to the main markets etc and there were a few small supermarkets & cafes on the main street beside the building. Sometimes there was a bit of excess noise from the street eg. motorbikes, trash trucks etc, but nothing that the proprietors could have controlled.

Everything! It was clean, spacious and close to the city centre (a 10 min walk for us). One snag for us (and this is just a complete personal preference), we missed not having a door between the sitting room and the bedroom - it just meant we had to be extra quiet in fear of not waking our toddler! Haha. Our apartment had the most amazing patio area but, annoyingly, we didn’t realise it was there (again our fault for not checking). The best thing about this accommodation was the staff - they were so friendly and so willing to help us. A special shout out to the lovely Valentina. She was awesome! Both us, and our little one in particular, took a real shine to her. Thank you, Valentina, for taking such good care of us!

Excellent for a 2 1/2 week stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Loft room on the 2nd floor with a small terrace was perfect for my needs - spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. There were plenty of electric outlets and many lighting options. The location was very convenient for accessing bus and metro lines directly to the beach or the airport, and there were a couple of small supermarkets within a couple of blocks. The central market and more touristy areas are a 10-minute walk through a neighborhood undergoing gentrification and a lot of construction. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable apartments in a nice area of Valencia. Even though we booked one without balcony they gave us a nice and very spacious room. They were very thoughtful and gave mini gifts for our children , a baby toiletries and bathtub ( I said we don’t need one but it was nice having it because we ended up using it) . A high chair and a cot were provided as per our request. The kitchen was fully equipped with also cleaning products. The staff was very nice and friendly, the building is located in an area full of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Only 3 minutes walk from the Angel Guimera metro station and 10 minutes walk from the old town and the Central Market, 15 min from Turia park areas for childern . Highly recommended!!!

The service was really great, before arriving they rang me to check if we needed anything else or had questions - I thought that was a nice touch. We travelled over my birthday and they surprised me with a hand written note, wine and chocolate - that was really sweet! Everything was great. If I nitpicked it would be the water pressure but even that wasn't really a problem!

We stayed only 1 night and it was a perfect choice for our short stay. It's a 20 minutes walk from the Valencia train station and 100 meters to the lines 3 and 5 of the metro that go to the airport. We had a warm welcome at the reception desk and were happy we could leave our luggage for a few hours the next day before departure. The room was very clean and comfortable. There's coffee machine, tea pot, toaster, microwave, dishwashing machine, all necessary cutleries. Our room's windows looked into the yard, so it was quiet, although the place is on a main street.

The two things we noted is that the walls are not so thick and we could hear our neighbors and there's no washing machine.

It was absolutely perfect stay! The two of us were staying in a room with two separate beds (they asked us before our stay if we prefer double/twin bed or two separate beds, which I think is pretty cool), we even had sort of a living room area and fully functional kitchen. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location—everything we needed for a comfortable visit to Valencia. Communication with the staff was flawless. They were incredibly responsive and helpful both before and throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Valencia!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is very friendly, and you can deposit your luggage at any time. If you need extra coffee, toilet paper, or other essentials, you can easily contact them via WhatsApp. The room is quite spacious, and the staff even asked about our bedding preference, preparing two single beds for us. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again when we visit Valencia!

One minor downside is that it can be a bit noisy from upstairs, as the room insulation isn’t the best. However, overall, we highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again when we visit Valencia!
