Excellent location in the heart of the old city—just a short walk to all the main tourist attractions. While the room was on the smaller side, it was modern, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our 4-day holiday in Valencia

We found the check-in process a bit frustrating. We had two bookings under the same last name, and the self check-in machine showed an error due to this. Although it’s possible to check in using a reservation number, we weren’t provided with it in advance—no email or message with the necessary details. Since reception is only open in the morning (9–12), and check-in starts after 3 pm, there was no staff available when we arrived around 4 pm. We had to make an international call to contact the hotel and get our reservation number. The issue was eventually resolved, but it seemed odd that the machine couldn't handle two reservations with the same last name but different first names. This is definitely something that could be improved.

No info re breakfast - only noticed by chance after 3 days! No info re escape in event of fire! No coffee/tea making in room, not sure how to source an iron/ironing board.

The room is really well located, and the staff is friendly enough. It was nice of them to keep my bags, and I felt looked after, which is the most important thing.

The only thing I didn't like was the size of the bed and having to walk around the huge bed to get to the sink. I get it's the design of the room, but there wasn't much space so it was a little annoying.

Perfect location close to the heart of the historical center of Valencia. It was easy to find and easy to get around and the hotel was quiet and room was larger than most

There were some bugs in the bathroom we saw on the first night but we were on the first floor in a city so we were just vigilant to keep our things closed and the room clean to not attract more bugs

The localization of the hotel is perfect to enjoy all the city has to offer with good connections to public transportations. The staff is nice and the breakfast is simple but filling.

The walls are thin, and when there's loud people at the hotel they can be heard easily.

The location was a few blocks away from Mercat Central and all other attractions from old town Valencia, but still is very peaceful and quiet.

Just the fact that there were no reception area, but not a problem or anything I didn't like.

Very convenient location, close to tourist attractions in older part of the city. Staff very friendly and there was always someone who could speak English, which was helpful as I can't speak Spanish. Good WiFi signal. Shower was very generous size. I have read the reviews about the noise, but we've never had a problem (We've been staying in the room on second floor)

The floor in the room was concrete with a little rug, I found it a bit unhygienic. Cleanliness could improve, mould on the shower wall and taps worn-out giving not a nice feeling to touch.

The location was perfect. It was very close to the old town.

The bathroom was, sort of, unexpected. It was a huge bathtub placed in the middle of the room with clear glasses around it.
