The location is excellent for sightseeing in Valencia. Comfortable beds, quiet, good air con. Lovely shower

Our room only had a curtain to the bathroom. We also had no window. The frosted windows were to a utility area. There was light coming in so needs a proper curtain. Our friends were in 403 which I considered a far superior room. We only stayed one night on this trip so it wasn't too important but next time I will request a different room.

Great location Everything was a short walk away Beautiful clean bathroom with high ceiling and rustic wall .

Sound proof was not so good , can heard the next room door opening and closing, building work, hammering and drilling. Due to the building work, the place was a bit dirty and dusty. The room size i was expecting was different, i stayed in a really small room but that was not a problem for me. The toilet was not level but worked okay.

Great location in old town next to the cathedral, central to all transport stops. Very clean room, great bathroom, very modern and large balcony, really enjoyed our stay.

Apartment is on top floor but lift does go to the top so had to lift luggage up stairs. Bigger fridge needed.

The shower was not the best and probably needed some attention to improve the hot and cold but apart from that all was good.

Very good location as it was right in the centre of Valencia, yet on a quiet back lane. Room was small but comfortable and clean.

This was the only hotel in a month of bike travel in Spain that would not provide a safe place to keep our bikes. They did, however, direct us to a public parking garage, which worked out OK.

Excellent stay ! Clean and retro / modern combination style. So satisfied with the cleaning staffs as well that arrange my room everyday , Wow😍😍!!!!! I am looking forward to stay at the same branch ( of cosy room)in another city !!!

- rooms are small and very basic, no counter space or places to hang towels, but still had everything we needed for a short stay

The location is super, the rooms are enough for a few days vacation, comfy bed, good bathroom and shower with really good water pressure. Window overlooking a small square, but not loud , good atmosphere, good value for money. There were no smells in the rooms as stated in our reviews, which I was afraid of.. There was only a little bit of smell once, in elevator shaft.

needs a little TLC, a paint job, changing of some mixers effected with hard water, staff doesn't really speak fluent english, but to be fair we didn't really need to communicate much.

The hotel is located in the middle of the old city center, so it’s perfect. Everything is at walking distance. The room was good. Many people are writing it are very small rooms but for us it was just fine. We don’t come on holidays to sit in our rooms all day. You can hear people outside yes, but from 11 or 12 pm it was quiet on the streets, so no problem for sleeping.

The location was perfect, 2 mins away from a plaza. Bed was comfortable and clean, shower was nice with alot of space and a cute balcony with a view. Wifi wasnt working very well however we were satisfied with everything needed. Good value for money.
