What a charming place to spend a week solo discovering this beautiful area of Valencia! Very clean with a nice breakfast and I really appreciated the 24 hour concierge service. The beds were awesome and the shower and bathroom facilities new. GREAT location and nearby bike rentals (Rufaza). I loved my balcony and chandelier overhead lightning. But mostly, it was the kind and attentive and professional staff that made my stay special! I highly recommend this place if you prefer character and unique charm over name brand hotels! 10!

Location is perfect, easy and quick walk from the North railway station. Very central, with nice restaurants, central market, shopping, sight seeing etc all within short walking distance. Didn’t need to use any transportation. Breakfast slots work well and the refilled water bottle and cold water from the machine was nice, no need to buy water bottles. All staff was very welcoming and friendly during my stay. Hotel feels safe and everything worked well, perfect stay for a solo traveller. Very nice quality compared to the price.

It’s an old and nicely unique building, but that also means that you here some noice into your room from the hallway and roof (upper floor on windy days). So if you are hyper sensitive and want a very quiet hotel, this might not be your place.

Perfect location in city center and clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

The bathroom had to be accessed through internal stairs (room 511). No natural light (other than a window in a cupboard). The aircon unit was also in this open cupboard / alcove and therefore less effective in terms of cooling the room, particularly because of the heat rising from the bathroom (which understandably needs to be warmer than the bedroom.) Access by car is difficult. Google Maps direction both to property and parking garage nearby were a bit off (obviously no fault of the hotel.)

Absolutely amazing stay at this lovely hotel, the staff were amazing and so accommodating making my trip so special. As I was there for the marathon, the hotel and staff made every effort to make it as easy and comfortable for me. The staff put on breakfast especially me and all the marathon runners staying at the property on the day of the race. They allowed me to check out late as I was still racing at the time of checkout, which was so nice of them to do. And to it off, they presented to me as well as all the runners a little good luck goody bag for the runners, with a very heartfelt note. Literally so nice everyone I interacted with at the property. The property itself was located right in the middle of time, with all the sights nearby and everything I would need in just a short walk. The property was really quaint and lovely, the rooms were lovely, I would've preferred carpet on the floors but that's just me.

Nothing really, it was the perfect stay. As mentioned, I prefer carpeted rooms to timeber flooring but that's just my preference. The doors and wall, may need a bit more sound proofing because I could here people turning on taps and walking up the stairs but given the age of this jhostoric property, it's to be expected.

The staff was amazing - really accommodating and friendly! The location is very central, which is very convenient. Architecture of the building and surroundings is beautiful and authenitic! While keeping certain elements from the 19th century, we appreciated modern bathroom, comfortable bed, and well functioning AC.

Keep in mind that due to central location, noise from the street can be heard. Breakfast is very basic, but still tasty. Due to 19th century built corridors can be narrow, as well as the lift. However, none of these have made our stay less pleasant - it offers specific charm and authenticity, and we enjoyed our stay here!

This was a gorgeous place to stay, we were given full details of the refurbishment process and how some of it is original etc. The staff were very accommodating, we left our luggage with them for the day after we checked out, the facilities were lovely in the room, even your own little private balcony! The location is extremely central, could not have found a better location in Valencia!

The only negative thing I will say was the breakfast is continental which is fine, but could be mentioned when booking via booking.com as the website charged extra for bed and breakfast. Other than that, the croissants and fresh orange juice was lovely.

Centrally located, about 7m walk to Cathedral, elevator, several restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. Bathroom is small but brings shower gel and shampoo. My apartment faced the street, but very little noise curiously. Air conditioner and small fridge in room, which is convenient. Other than that, it looked reasonably clean and modern, I would recommend and stay again, if the price is right. Breakfast is simple but it’s ok (2 different types of bread, pain au chocolat, some type of jamon and cheese and minced tomato/paste for toasts, orange juice. It is self service and coffee is from one of those automated machines. There’s also a filter so you can refill your water bottles as much as you’d like so that is a plus. Staff is friendly and efficient, in special Chiara, with whom I interacted more frequently. I would recommend and stay again if the rate was attractive.

Amazing location. Very close to most attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfy and clean.Coffee and tea were available and nice. Bottles of water were given on daily basis in the room. Overall nice stay with historic vibe. Would book it next time just without breakfast.

We had a problem with the door lock and it wasn't easy to lock/unlock the door. At breakfast if something had finished, staff would not bring more until the next shift (breakfast is being served in shifts). Everyday breakfasts were exactly the same (small croissants, pain au chocolat, bread, one type of cheese and one type of ham, mashed tomatoes, oranges and cereals with milk).

Location... if you are a walker you can walk from train station to Location (about 20 min)....and about 25 to Mestalla.. .just sayin 🙂.... In downtown but just off the beaten path. Also they do a continental breakfast... nice nice touch... Imo, Great spot for overnight stay or weekend if on solo trip or you are a cosy couple🙂

I live in NY so street sounds don't brother me.. it may be a bit much for some. Oh, be aware The room key has a tassle🤣🤣🤣 not the best if you are not walking with a bag of some sort...
