Great central location, very friendly staff, the spaces were simple but nicely decorated. The breakfast wasn’t exceptional but had a pretty good selection and we appreciated the extended hours. We arrived in the morning and the desk staff kindly let us use our room well before check-in without any extra fees.

There wasn’t great sound isolation, particularly from the front door, so I recommend bringing earplugs if you plan to sleep in. We were really excited to use the free bikes but never managed to reserve them in time as there were only five. Not a big deal but as they’re so popular, it would be great if they could get a few more!

Fabulous staff who were always very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. Breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold food and if you eat well it is very good value. Excellent location to explore all historical sites on foot. Rooms have very comfortable beds, excellent air con and super showers. Complementary tea and coffee in reception throughout the day was a lovely little extra.

Decor could be improved as corridors to bedrooms are a little tired looking and this gives a very poor impression of this excellent hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Raul who helped us with various queries during our stay. House keeping was of a high standard.The free use of bicycles was an added bonus. The hotel is perfectly located for the historic centre but also very quiet which is unusual for such a central location.It was easy to reach the hotel from the airport by taking the Metro to Colon and then a short walk.

Our room (105) was tiny and very awkward for two people to move around especially in the bathrooom. It was difficult to walk around the bed as there was little room.It did have a balcony window over the main street but it was not noisy at night.Would recommend a room above the first floor.

Great position. Hotel was as described & very clean . Bathroom towels, toiletries, power shower were great . Breakfast was plentiful and refreshed continuously. Staff were very accommodating.

I’d booked a double room which for a single person was ok but had we been 2 it would have been too small - in particular the bathroom whereas the twin rooms which others in our group shared were more generous in size . Unfortunately my room faced inwards and was dark whereas rooms facing the street (which is exceptionally quiet )were bright

A well presented hotel in a simply fantastic location. The main square is a mere 2 min walk away - from here you can stroll through Valencia's beautiful streets to reach all the major things to see. Next door to the hotel is a mini-market for all your essentials. Opposite is the fabulous Cafe Madrid - well worth visiting for an Agua de Valencia. The staff are lovely - very swift and pleasant check in with Raul. The rooms are a decent size and are well equipped. Special mention to the rain shower that was lovely to just stand in. Things like an iron or corkscrew are available from reception. Good sized TV with the ability to use YouTube on it. I'd happily stay here again.

Towels were not changed when maid visit - the room was just cleaned. Very noisy, echoing corridors - doors slamming or people talking are aplified.

Fabulous location, mini market right beside it. A restaurant bar other side of street to it. It’s down a quiet street but few minutes walk to everything. So central. Reception staff were so friendly. Check in was quick, friendly and efficient. A special thanks to Laura and matha they were amazing. Laura gave us a map of the city and explained everything that was of interest around. She circled areas and restaurants that we might like. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and comfortable overlooking the street. Comfortable beds and great shower. Would definitely stay and this hotel again and would highly recommend it.

Great staff, tasty breakfast, clean rooms. Great location: 3 minute to the nearest parking, heartbreaking architectural buildings are nearest! They are totally pet friendly, we said we will come with the cat and they left in the room all possible comfortable conditions for him!

I have some problems with the room key card. There are only 4 (as I know) room with the good view on the beautiful street, all others are without “view”.

Great location, friendly staff, fresh and versatile breakfast buffet, water, tea and coffee available for free throughout the day.

The room was a bit small for a family of four (quadrouple room with one double bed and one bunk bed). There were some minor issues (TV barely hanging onto the wall, bed headboard loose and noisy, bathroom door super squeaky).

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the old city. It is a 5m walk to the cathedral, food market and Silk Exchange and very close to two beautiful squares and the Redondo, full of cafes and restaurants. If you’re going to Valencia for a cultural city break there couldn’t be a better location. (It is also only 35m from the beach on the 32 bus). The rooms are well equipped and comfortable; the bathrooms are lovely, clean and very modern with powerful showers and excellent toiletries. The breakfast is well worth paying the extra 10€ for. The staff were also really helpful and polite.

Fantastic location, out the front door straight into the central district of Valencia. Reception staff were lovely, very helpful and we took advantage of the free bikes to cycle through the park area. Great cocktail bar right opposite!

Generally it was great, the pillows weren’t the best and the shower area in the bathroom was quite small - but they are minor details.
