Apartment in a good location and staff were accommodating and friendly, with the exception of the housekeeper who was a bit unfriendly and inflexible. The apartment was clean. The tv is good with access to subscription services and can be streamed to via iPhone.

There were a couple of issues with the hot water, broken elevator and dropped wifi, but these were all rectified quite quickly. The sofa bed, used as only a sofa on this occasion was highly uncomfortable and "saggy". The furniture (side tables and dining table) is a bit cheap and basic. The bathroom is not bad, but not very well finished and there is no shelf provided for personal items.

This was the nicest studio apartment I've ever stayed in! The 270-degree windows were such a shockingly pleasant surprise. Netflix-ready TV made for ideal lounging. Staff was pleasant and overly helpful when it came to figuring out where we needed to go to pay our unfortunate parking ticket (no fault but our own). Location couldn't have been better with a taco shop right across the street and a cute, delicious bakery a few steps further down.

The only downside I could identify would be that it can get a bit noisy from the street due to the amount of windows and close proximity to so many restaurants.

The location is absolutely first-class — right in the heart of Valencia, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The rooms are on the smaller side and the furnishings are basic, with a very “IKEA” feel — functional but far from luxurious. That said, for the price point, it's a decent and safe option. I wouldn’t be in a rush to stay here again, but I also wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to a friend looking for a reasonably priced, centrally located stay. Just manage expectations — it’s clean, convenient, and no-frills.

In the heart of Valencia! Very modern and it has all you need. Really appreciated the fact they have a washing machine on the 5th floor.

The walls are a bit thin so you can hear the guests next if they are being loud. Which unfortunately for us it was the case. We had a group of really young kids next that were blasting music most nights. There’s no reception after certain hours and you can only reach out to them if it’s an emergency. They eventually stopped after us asking but something to consider.

The apartment was fabulous - such a lovely conversion preserving all the old features whilst making everything work well from a practical point of view. Very comfortable and we appreciated the smart tv when we stayed in to shelter from the big storm. Roger on reception welcomed us and looked after our bags on the first and last days while we explored the city. He was an absolute hero when we left - we wouldn’t have made our flight without him - after the storm the metro was completely closed and we couldn't persuade any taxi driver to take us because they were worried about getting stuck so Roger came down to the taxi rank with us and finally persuaded one driver to take us. Muchas muchas gracias Roger 🙏

I loved the location to all of the main tourist spots. Very close walk to catch the bus to visit the city's impressive cathedral, known for its mix of architectural styles and its Holy Grail Chapel. Great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. I also appreciated the easy check in and the extra security of the building. I also loved the fact that I had a kitchen with all the necessary supplies to cook a meal if I wanted to. I enjoyed the fact that I could rest in the living room and enjoy opening the window to view the city.

I have nothing negative to say about the property.

The loft was cozy, clean and spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and a toddler. The building is located at the very heart of the city(has elevator), surrounded by restaurants, pubs, churches and other city attractions. Kitchenette has pretty much everything needed to cook a light meal for a kid, and I was also happy with the Nespresso coffee machine

It’s not that I didn’t like, but it would have been perfect if I had a non-stick pan & maybe some slippers

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Valencia. Spotlessly clean with high quality furnishings, bed linen and towels. Fabulous building in excellent location. Right in the middle of the city and you can soak up the atmosphere of the city with the windows open but then silent when closed and we slept really well. Friendly welcome with great tips on places to eat, where to go, things to do. All perfect - we will be back!

The location was fantastic in the old part of the city. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Walking distance to some of the main attractions in Valencia but still quiet. The apartment was beautiful, on the corner of the building with 5 sets of double doors so very light and airy. Very clean and well maintained, the bed was huge and very comfy.

The kitchenette area was well equip for simple cooking but not enough room on the worktop for the toaster and kettle when taken out of the cupboard due to the plug socket location. It was nice to have a couple of mini bottles of olive oil for cooking but would have appreciated some salt and pepper as cupboard staples.

communication was a bit confusing - host requested copy of IDs and credit card even after completing requested online check-in and payment via booking.com - seems like there were multiple people communicating via booking messenger and emails, but all got sorted at the end, self check-in using code and lockbox was really smooth.
