The best thing about the hotel is the location, the central square! Make sure you don't book an economy room. We got it by mistake for one night, a small room with a window that looks nowhere, that is. it opens into a skylight through which the sewage connections pass with the accompanying smell. The changed room faced the square and was excellent in everything, large, bathroom even too big, comfortable beds. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, hygiene is at a high level. Kettle, mini fridge is missing because we stayed for 7 nights.

A way to make hot water for tea or coffee in my room. (Electric tea kettle?). Was told upon check-in I could have coffee in the lobby. Thought it was complimentary. On checking out I was told I owed 1.50 euro for a coffee I presumed was on the house. Also on my 2nd day I decided to have breakfast, which I had been told would be 8 euros when I checked in. Then I was charged 10 euros and informed, you have to book both days for breakfast and let them know the day before to get it for 8. I paid 10 and the breakfast was great but it felt a bit like a bait and switch to get more euros out of me.

A great place to stay when visiting Valencia. In the center, with a great view. We were on the 8th floor, but I imagine that on the lower floors it may be a bit noisy. The metro station in close, as is the bus stop. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely chose this hotel when I come back.

You need to tell in advance what time will you be having breakfast. The first morning we woke up earlier than expected, spoke with the man on the reception and we were able to have breakfast earlier than the hour we previously selected, so it was great!

Great view, best location.

Poor breakfast, noise rooms due to the street, but also you can hear every neighbour room talk and movement, just as doors closing or opening.

This property is located in the heart of Valencia, everything we needed was within close walking distance, including shops, restaurants, pharmacies etc. The staff were absolutely wonderful and provided great recommendations for tours and food options. The room was large and well equipped, the bed was comfortable and there was strong air conditioning (a must during summer). Special mention to the fantastic oversized window overlooking the city! Gorgeous. We would definitely recommend this place and will be returning in the future!

Room wasn’t soundproofed to the bustling city outside.

Right on the central Town Hall square, the room with its large curbed windows offers some great views on the beautiful buildings. The room was spacious and comfortable, and had a bright and fun whole wall mural (each room has a different theme, ours was limoncello). The staff extremely friendly, like they had known you for a long time. The breakfast was also very abundant and delicious with local food options too. We really enjoyed staying here.

We were not able to use the wi-fi. It turned out it was a provider problem for the whole building, hence not a regular situation. Our TV also needed re-programming but they very prompt in fixing it. It would have been great to have a kettle in the room.

Perfect location for a solo traveler. I felt safe, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was nice, there are many options. I liked that they kept my luggage because I arrived earlier. I will surely stay here again next time I visit Valencia:)

I had to choose the time I want to have breakfast. It was between 8 and 11 am, but I had to choose the exact hour. For me it was difficult because when I'm on vacation I don't really have the same schedule everyday. Still, it was alright:)

Very good location, friendly staff. Just do yourself a favor and book rooms with windows looking out to street.

Internal rooms are not so great.

The location is excellent: central and close to public transport and lots of restaurants; the room (1st floor), with a view of the square, is spacious with a very well equipped big bathroom; loved the interior of the room and the room is (kept) clean. Breakfast is ok, with lots of things to choose from and a great amount of fresh fruits :)

The girls at the reception are helpful and friendly, but seem a bit ‘shy’. 2nd: We had to catch an early train, so we had to leave before the first breakfast-round (which started at 8 o’clock): breakfast starting earlier (p.e. at 7:30) would be an improvement for those who travel at an early hour. The view on the main square was fantastic, but as a side effect there’s lots of rumour from the street until late … but then again: that’s the deal with a 1st rate centrum location and having a great view of what’s going on.

Good size room, two single which we pushed together as there was no proper double available. Easy enough to find welcoming reception staff. Room with walk in shower only. Tea/coffee top up was not done everyday, but we did have some which we used and also managed to find on the cart in the corridor. Toilet paper was also found this way. As the room faced the front entrance and was on the first floor, it was a rather noisy with people chatting outside late and then chairs were moved around late and early in the morning, which was disturbing. Try and get a higher room. Breakfast was fine with a reasonable selection, but a matter of luck with choice depending on how busy it was (of course weekends were busy). Info form staff was good and we were allowed to leave cases for a few hours before leaving for airport. All in all a good place to stay, with plenty of eateries nearby and bicycle hire places also close.

Beds not quite the best nor the pillows. Being on first floor facing the front it was a little noisy.
