This is a very interesting “smart no frills” concept. The location is excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, the bed very, very comfortable, bathroom nice, and cleaner’s attention to detail great. If all you want is a comfortable place to sleep in a good location with a 24h front desk, book away!

What this place offers (comfortable bed, good location, 24h reception) it does very well. But be aware it offers very little beyond that. The room I stayed in had no desk, no chair, only one trash can, no in-room safe, and space so small I had to move the nightstand to be able to open the window. If all you want is a place to sleep, this is solid. But make sure you know what you’re signing up for.

Property was nice with modern facilities. The balcony was larger than it looked on the picture and easily fit the 5 of us. Was great to have an outdoor area to have your coffee or Prosecco before going out. The staff were super helpful offering maps, where to go, opening up when forgot code, offering towels for the beach! That was great and if I’d known we could have not packed towels. They had hair dryers and straighteners already there. Location was perfect, we were right in the thick of it and the main attraction areas, would def recommend.

As just one bathroom could do with a mirror upstairs as we were in need of more when 5 getting ready

It was the perfect location to walk around and see the sights, and I have mobility issues. There are several restaurants and bars within 2 minutes from the rooms with delicious food and service. The bed was comfortable and a powerful shower. There were dressing gowns and slippers, a welcome note, Valencian drink and chocolates for us both and a welcome drink voucher for 2 different restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ignes. Thank you. If you ask for something,, they try and help you. E.g a coffee machine. That made my day. We had 3 balconies room 206, which was lovely. There was a lift , which is good for me.

Our neighbour was noisy room 207 until 1 30am , so we needed to put our ear plugs in and it was the Fallas , so it's a good idea to bring them. Our room was small , for the money we paid and a chair in our room would have been good. Also a coffee machine as standard . I definitely would book a place with a coffee machine over one that doesn't have one.

Everything was amazing about the property. Staff super friendly, the hotel itself finished to a very high spec and had an overall lovely vibe. The little amenities included in the room were high quality and on one occasion came back to our room with a lovely surprise for my husband’s birthday. We had a double room, which was lovely still a little on the small side but having a balcony that looks out on to the palm lined street was fantastic and added to that boutique, metropolitan city feel! The location was so central to everything, made getting around super easy, but being able to walk through all the old streets were superb. The hotel is part of a larger group so their sister hotels were close by and it was great being able to see, eat and drink in the different establishments. It honestly was a beautiful hotel and I’d 100 percent go back.

Two only down sides were and extremely minor - The rooms not very soundproofed, you could hear people Moving about in the halls going in and out of rooms. Secondly, no bar/restaurant located within the actual premises but you are so central it doesn’t even really matter!

We had to book a room very last minute in Valencia because our flight was cancelled due to the CrowdStrike outages. We had only six hours notice that our flight would be cancelled and had just gotten off the train from Alicante to Valencia. I immediately went to Booking to look at hotels and found Oliveira. I was shocked that it was so reasonably priced, in a great location and available last minute. We had an incredible check in experience with friendly staff and were immediately put at ease. The room was beautiful, clean and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Spanish July heat. We didn't choose to have breakfast at the hotel so I can't speak to that but everything was incredible and I would stay here again. It has very close proximity to the main attractions of the area, great shopping nearby, and a 30 minute bus ride to the beach. You can even use their beach towels and umbrella if you choose to make the trek to the beach. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely loved the accommodation. Very clean, very cozy, location was perfect and the staff was incredibly helpful! Definitely a place I would recommend!!

The breakfast is something we would not advise to include in your stay. Reasons being is that there are so many places to have breakfast in the neighborhood of the hotel which are so nice and worthwhile and the breakfast linked to the Oliveira booking is served in another location where we felt quality wasn’t great.

Great place, very clean and lovely staff. Recommend Josephina truly helped us during our stay. The hotel is located close to placa del Ajutamiento. Best places in walking distance. Hotel v clean, v comfortable beds. Recommend to upgrade the room to 12m as seems just enough. I think 6m2( or whatever size are the smallest) are v tiny although again we had 12m2. Bathroom with all the needs, towel, shampoos, gel, tooth brush. Totally recommend the hotel and if we are back, we will stay there for sure! After having long days out walking nearly 10h per day we truly rested over night to be ready for next day!

Everything great

The location was perfect, walking distance to all major interests, restaurants, shops. The room was small, no space to leave our luggages open but very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom had all necessary toiletries. The communication with the staff, specially Karen was very pleasant and reassuring.

Though we paid for breakfast we did not make use of it. The breakfast was in a sister hotel, 6 minutes away. We had breakfast in the restaurant next door (not owned by the chain).

Oliviera Rooms is a beautiful hotel in a perfect Valencian location right in the city. The staff are lovely, very responsive and attentive to anything you need. The rooms are very very nice, and had all we needed for our city break. We would have easily stayed longer if we could. I cannot recommend Oliviera Rooms enough, the staff made my wifes birthday trip even better with how brilliant they were. There aren't enough stars for me to rate them, if you're going to Valencia you absolutely have to stay here.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

We stayed for one night during Fallas. We chose one of the “small” rooms but there was more than enough space to be comfortable. The location is very central and convenient just off a beautiful palm-lined street and our room had a balcony with a built in table so we could enjoy a drink before we set out for the evening. The interior design was beautiful, classy, thoughtful and intuitive. The facilities were great quality and everything was perfectly maintained and clean. Check in was smooth and quick. Reception held our bags for us until our room was ready. When we returned later they had already brought our bags up for us. Service throughout our stay was wonderful. Both receptionists who helped us were friendly, efficient, knowledgable and had a personal touch. They struck the balance between professional and personable fantastically. We were offered a welcome drink on the house at their sister hotel round the corner, as well as a complimentary hamper of local produce in our room - nice touch! Everything was over and above what is expected which made our stay truly special and memorable. And for all this the stay was inexpensive - exceptional value! Couldn’t recommend more highly, really hope to return.
