The real review ratting would be between 8.5 - 9 from our point of view. Pros: - Location (very close to center of the city, a lot of restaurants in the vecinity, busses & metro station at ~5 minutes walk, supermarkets at ~3 minutes walk) - Clean reception & hotel as a building - Clean rooms - VERY friendly staffs (the reception people speak very good english, cleaning personal not so sure) - They have big lockers to leave the luggage inside in case you arrive earlier than check in time or if you make the check out and need to drop the luggage at hotel until flight / train time.

Cons : - No fridge in the rooms ! - Only one bedside furniture - Only one power source near the bed (you had 2 extras under the small desk) - There is no scale in the entire hotel (we wanted to check the weight of our luggage).

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the city center, close to everything, and in the heart of all the action. It made exploring Valencia so easy and enjoyable. The service was excellent—everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The reception staff were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. On top of that, the price was incredibly affordable, making it an even better choice. I travel frequently, and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in, especially because of its unbeatable location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia. A fantastic stay from start to finish!

Location, kind stuff

Perfectly placed Hotel near the main Plazas and train stations of Valencia. The best compliment I can give is that everything was as it should be with no complaints with anything in my room. There is also a roof terrace which was surprisingly quiet when I went up and was surprised more people weren't up there, so enjoy it if you can and gaze up at all the swallows diving and swooping about. Keys are always kept in the hotel also.

Not really negative but maybe some drink options for that roof terrace, easier to buy in and bring up I suppose. Only other negative would be the thinness of the walls. I could hear muffled conversations in the room next to me and maybe they could hear me watching a film last thing at night. Needless to say I didnt enjoy waking up at 3am with both guests waking up and in full packing mode before their trip home. Bring earplugs.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great - near the Ajuntamiento Square and on walking distance from all main sights. Overall, the hotel is located on a quiet street.

The sound isolation inside the hotel is not so good. You can hear what your neighbours are doing as well as everything happening in the lobby. The room had a very basic choice of amenities - no slippers, no kettle or cups, no toothbrush, etc. You need to bring everything or purchase locally. It is not easy to find a place for breakfast because all nearby cafeterias open late. In the hotel, there is a small room with coffee machines and tableware, but we found it only on the day of departure and are not sure how guests can use it.

Hotel can’t be more central. You have a nice view to the street and even part of a square. Building itself is old and its spirit is kept wisely. Terrace has a surprisingly good rooftop view, even in winter you can enjoy the sun and a view. We took breakfast, it’s very basic, there are essentials: boiled eggs, musli and Jogurt, little choice of ham and cheese and variety of pastry, coffee of course. But it worth the small price for it.

Room itself is spacious, little bit “tired”: paint on the walls can be refreshed, mattress lost its form, etc. but all functions. Soundproofing is absent, but hotel clearly states it, so it is expected. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, personnel is beyond helpful and friendly. Recommend.

The location is very good for a city break, very close to the central restaurants and bars. The central market (Mercat Central) is a stunning building with a great variety of foods available. The hotel is 30 minutes walk from the City of Arts and Sciences and a further 15 minute walk to the beach. (All can be done by bus though !). There is a small breakfast room where a continental breakfast is served. Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the main train station.

A small fridge in the room would be great.

Near to Plaza de Ayuntamiento, easily accessible by public transport. The staff are polite and friendly, the room is not too big but it is large enough for one person, it has all the essentials. The air conditioning is quiet, you can help it with a ceiling fan, if you need. The window faces a lighted courtyard but for me this was not a problem.

Not really a criticism, and only a problem for wakeful sleepers, but the soundproofing of the room is not very effective, you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. Breakfast is fresh and delicious (sweet pastries, fruit and cold cuts, bread, rolls, cheese, etc.), but after a while it gets monotonous. Would be great for a mini fridge.

Location was amazing! 5 mins walk from train station. The hotel was surrounded by cafes & retail stores. Supermarket very close. We had the breakfast on the day we were leaving to save time. It was average. There was fresh fruit, juice cereal, cold meats, pastries, toast & boiled eggs.

The walls are very thin & you can hear people talking next door. Also didn’t like that there was no fridge or kettle

The room was bright and modern. With everything needed for a short stay. During our stay we met three members of staff who were all very helpful, cheerful and professional. The location was excellent close to all attractions and restaurants and only a short walk from the station. Would definitely book again.

Only a small point. There are two beds in the room and the double is right up against the wall, a bit awkward but it didn’t spoil our stay
