Bed was very comfortable. Water in the room on arrival FOC and mini bar. Complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. Outstanding location, 5 min walk from the train station, 10 mins to nearest metro station for travel to the airport and less than 3 min walk to the main square.

Coffee supplies weren't topped up after room was cleaned. No extractor fan in the bathroom so end of bathroom door was very worn looking. Both minor faults on an otherwise great stay.

We liked the location and the historical building. Breakfast was good too. Bed was comfy.

Room was very small. I kept hitting the corner of the bed trying to get by. Coffee was so-so.

Everything was as it should be in a city hotel. We arrived early and our bags were looked after until our check in time. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and it set you up for the day. The room was lovely, with a small balcony and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was well appointed and it had one of the best showers I have had. I would definitely stay here again!

Not much really, the balcony was not much more than a Juliet and it would have been nice to be able to sit out and enjoy the city with a bottle of wine.

Location is super, very clean and spacious rooms. AC was a blessing during the hot days. Staff was accommodating and helpful

Wifi was super slow, had to change rooms to get a better connection. Staff can sometimes be forgetful of your requests unresponsive. Usually I won’t mind that, but for the price of the accommodation, you would expect to have more attentive staff and definitely better wifi connection

Literally 0 WiFi. I asked about it daily (I stayed for 10 nights). Finally, on the 5th day, I was told the truth: WiFi doesn’t work on upper floors because it’s far from the router. It was super frustrating because I needed WiFi as an international guest. I asked to use their business computer (which was not plugged in). They fixed it and…it was so slow that I gave up after 30 minutes.

This place was better than I expected. I saw a lot of reviews saying it was smelly and I did not experience this. The location is beyond perfect! The room is very spacious and I loved having a balcony. The staff were very friendly.

I didn't like the shower. It's a rainfall shower but it was leaking and spreading all over causing big drops of water falling everywhere. Also there is not much storage room to unpack.

The location was perfect for us, so close to everything we needed! Transport links were amazing, very easy to travel around the city and to/from the airport. The receptionists we so lovely and welcoming, we had an issue with a key card not working and they were quick & happy to fix the issue. Gave us good recommendations on where to go as well! Rooms were kept very nice and cool, which was a huge relief in 30 degree heat.

We didn't have much of a window or view in our room, not an issue at the time as we only stayed a few days and wasn't in the room too much but would have been nice to see.

Staff was very friendly. I was lucky to have a room at the end of the hall so not many people had to pass along. Beautiful room and I slept like a baby in the bed

The bathroom was fun and spacious but some molt in the corners

location was perfect, with a good view from our balcony, and we enjoyed the historical hotel.
