Bed was very comfortable. Water in the room on arrival FOC and mini bar. Complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. Outstanding location, 5 min walk from the train station, 10 mins to nearest metro station for travel to the airport and less than 3 min walk to the main square.

Coffee supplies weren't topped up after room was cleaned. No extractor fan in the bathroom so end of bathroom door was very worn looking. Both minor faults on an otherwise great stay.

We liked the location and the historical building. Breakfast was good too. Bed was comfy.

Room was very small. I kept hitting the corner of the bed trying to get by. Coffee was so-so.

The location was perfect for us, so close to everything we needed! Transport links were amazing, very easy to travel around the city and to/from the airport. The receptionists we so lovely and welcoming, we had an issue with a key card not working and they were quick & happy to fix the issue. Gave us good recommendations on where to go as well! Rooms were kept very nice and cool, which was a huge relief in 30 degree heat.

We didn't have much of a window or view in our room, not an issue at the time as we only stayed a few days and wasn't in the room too much but would have been nice to see.

This place was better than I expected. I saw a lot of reviews saying it was smelly and I did not experience this. The location is beyond perfect! The room is very spacious and I loved having a balcony. The staff were very friendly.

I didn't like the shower. It's a rainfall shower but it was leaking and spreading all over causing big drops of water falling everywhere. Also there is not much storage room to unpack.

Conveniently located in the center of town, there are many delicious restaurants within walking distance. Also, the breakfast was nice and the room was stylish.

Location is perfect, room is big but the shower is terrible, dirty and does not keep the water inside the shower area. Every time you take a shower you need 6 towels to dry the floor, something you should not have to do for 250 euro a night imo.. Further the sink was rusted and the door doubled in size because of the water that is soaked from the floor. We did not have breakfast in this hotel.

The hotel is in a central location, very close to all major attractions in a walkable area. The hotel is very well kept, the staff amazingly friendly and professional and the rooms are very clean. The rainshower is a plus. However, the lack of aeration in the bathroom made it very steamy. The toiletry products offered are very good quality.

I stayed in an executive room and missed little details such as tea and coffee facilities. The room was lovely but relatively small in size for an executive room. The Wifi was very slow, often going on and off. I couldn't use my laptop, which is not great when looking for restaurants and stuff.
